Ceremony was disrupted by guests at the hotel, but as a result the staff upgraded our package and made sure we were well looked after. Professional planner to help with the preparations. Kentia Room was fantastic for the reception.

Not very happy with my daughter's wedding reception. My other daughter had her reception here 3 years ago and it was terrific ! This time, the service was poor and the waitresses reluctant to offer guests drinks even though s beverage package had been paid for, Most guests got one or no drinks. The bridal party were kept waiting in the ante-room for an hour with no pre dinner nibbles until almost time to come into main reception....and even then, it was the bare minimum. Very disappointing and we would not recommend them to anyone.
