BELLS N WHISTLES EVENTS are award winning Wedding Designers. We Plan and Style all types of weddings from large fairy tale weddings to smaller intimate affairs.

With over 20 years experience, we alleviate your stress and uncertainties with our full planning & styling package or our PLAN LIKE A PRO coaching service.

Our coaching service has helped thousands of couples who wish to plan their own wedding, and need advice along the way. We meet with you, create your budget, discuss your priorities and expectations, refer you to suppliers who meet your budget and style.

We advise on your styling and how to achieve this within your budget and finally, we follow-up prior to your wedding day to make sure your wedding preparations are going well.

On The Day Coordination

On the Day Coordination

- You’re brilliant and you’ve planned an amazing wedding – don’t leave it to chance and hope all goes well on the day….hire a professional to ensure the smooth running of your wedding day from beginning to end. The price includes a pre-wedding briefing,confirmation of your vendors, creation and distribution of your run sheet.

- This package includes:

- A meeting in our office no later than 2 weeks prior to your wedding to talk through every aspect of your wedding day and planning

- Unlimited phone and email contact with your wedding consultant(s) after your pre-wedding meeting

- Two team members for your wedding day

- Attendance, supervision and coordination for your wedding day

- Pack up of venue including gifts and cake

- On your wedding day,you’ll have two BNW team members to setup, pack down and ensure the smooth running of your wedding

Fees:

$2,200 GST

50% deposit to lock in your wedding date ($1,210 - 15% = $1,028.50)
50% due 2 weeks prior to your wedding ($1,210 - 15% = $1,028.50)

Jen & the BnW Team made our Big Day happen for us, and we can thank them enough for it. With the help of BnW we were able to plan a beautiful Sydney wedding from overseas. Where do we even start? From the moment Jen answered our enquiries about wedding styling on a Sundary morning, we knew we had made the right choice. (That and the fact that BellsNWhistles has been on the ABIA award top 5 year after year) As my husband and I work crazy long hours, Jen and her team easily accomodoated us and was able to meet with us at odd hours (and even weekends) to discuss styling and wedding planning. They brought our vision into a reality and worked tirelessly leading up and especially during the day of the wedding (laboring through 24 straight hours of non-stop work). As we were very big on the finer details of the wedding, BellsNWhistles helped us find the right suppliers and plan all of these details to a tee, from wedding invites that had to be carved onto a wood, boxes for these invitations, table slates for the reception, to sourcing out the right dress/suits for the bridal party. They worked so well with capturing every single detail we had in mind for the wedding and all the preparations for it that on the day, it couldn't have turned out any better. They left no stone unturned and help us tick our checklist and save us money in the process! From the 90 handwritten table slates, to the custom made messages in a bottles, not a day passes that we were glad we had Jen and her team helping us out throughout it all! Most of the time we were being told to keep the costs down rather than the other way around (inside joke-what's your budget? lol). They were such a blessing for a couple like us who had such a big idea/vision but such little time to organise it all.

Is it possible to plan a wedding in only four months or so?

Absolutely!

We plan weddings (for various reasons) with as little as 5 weeks. These weddings have 'all the bells & whistles' and you wouldn't tell the difference between these short lead weddings and a long-lead.

The considerations are;

1. You have a limited range of venues and suppliers available to chose from - especially if you are planning on marrying in a busy season

2. You need to be prepared to be very decisive

I have a budget but I'm unsure how to keep to it?

I have a $10,000 spending limit that I can't go over and if I do I have to push it back a year, how do I keep it under my limit? The wedding is already to far away in time for my liking :(
