Disappointed with the service. I cried all the way home after seeing the photos as I we were not happy. Still waiting on prints and is more than 5 months after the wedding. Communication is slow and attention to detail seemed to be overlooked. We did not feel like valued customers.

Hi Sam, I have to say this came as a surprise to me. During the album planning and album pick up, you seemed all right. You even left a positive feedback on the feedback form. You never mentioned any dissapointment. So I'm surprised to read this. I wish you talk to us first about any issues that you have. Regarding the prints, to be fair, even though your wedding is 5 months ago, we just received the list for the prints a few weeks ago. And by the time this posted, you should have received it. I'm sorry that you don't feel like valued customers.
