I love our wedding bands but it wasn't smooth sailing! I found the perfect ring, then when I went in to get it they couldn't locate it. They had a similar ring, but not the right cut of stone - so had to quote me. I waited 5 weeks and no response - so called and found the quote was never sent through because it had been filed incorrectly at the store. Then the quote I got was almost half the price of the original ring - so I asked all sorts of questions to make sure it was what I wanted and was assured it was... I paid the deposit, then a few days later was called and told they HAD made an error and would need to quote again and I would have to pay an additional cost for the deposit. But eventually it worked out and I love it.

I had heard so many great things about Gilletts Jewellers, that while in Brisbane we visited them. My husband and I only spent 20 minutes in the shop and had our wedding bands. They showed me rings made out of different metals more suitable for our lifestyles and had so many sizes on hand we took them then and there. I would recommend Gilletts for price and service when looking for rings.

Really friendly people, we got both my engagement ring and both of our wedding rings from them. They were always great and were happy to custom make my wedding ring (my engagement ring has an odd shape to it) but then we found a perfect ring to fit.
