Be prepared there are no refunds. They don't tell you this until after you hand over your money.
Dear Amy, Yes, you are correct, we do not refund or exchange on products that you have purchased incorrectly, the wrong amounts or if you have changed you mind on. We do happily refund or exchange on products that are faulty or don't do what they are supposed to do. Our refund policy is the standard policy issued by the Department of Consumer Protection, and is clearly signed in 3 places in the shop, by the till, on your receipt and on the bag you take your products home in. We used lala design for our invitations and thought they were very well priced considering they did eveything for us. All we had to do was choose the stationary and provide the details of the wedding. However, after having sent out all the invitations and not having heard anything from anyone regarding rsvp's, we discovered lala design had mixed up two numbers on my mobile phone number at the very bottom of the invite. Instead of '411' they had put '441.' I couldn't get my money back because unfortunately I had already signed everything to say it was correct. I should've noticed it, but it was easily missed being at the bottom and i was still very disappointed that lala design could make such a massive mistake. I ended up calling everyone so it was all good..
Dear Rebecca, As frustrating as this situation must have been, you did correctly state that you had signed off the artwork which indicates you had understood the artwork policy and had checked all spelling, dates, times and numbers. We do our very best to make sure no mistakes happen but we do clearly state the artwork policy on your terms and conditions and all proofs supplied to make sure you are happy and to prevent this situation occurring. We did however, corrected the mistake free of charge and reprint an extra invitation for you at a discounted price two months after your job was completed.
