I would strongly recommend Starfish Lane to any bride and groom looking for their own customised, unique and stylish wedding stationery for their big day. The staff at Starfish Lane are perfectionists at what they do and I certainly had every confidence in their abilities to create a cohesive set of invites right through to table cards and menus (to name a few) to compliment my colour scheme/theme for my wedding. Their organisational skills are amazing - they even provide you with a timeline in the lead up to your wedding in order to let you know what you should provide them with and when etc. Amazing quality of work - everyone cannot stop raving about the invites and people still have them on their fridge!

Spend over 1 thousand dollars in Star Fish Lane and i wasnt very impressed with them to be honest. The sales girls on the front desk were great, however i had to redo all my order of service because when i had completed them i noticed that the second last page on all the books had been printed sqint. I took them back to star fish lane and all the did was pull the books apart and reprint the page that was squint so i had to sit and go through the painful process of stapling them in the same spot. I was really annoyed.

We bought all supplies for our invites from Starfish Lane and then made them ourselves, and they turned out lovely. Lots of stuff to choose from, very nice examples on the wall, but too expensive to get your invitations made. Do it yourself! It's easy and saves you lots!

The ladies at Starfish Lane are great. For the cost of the materials, they will make a mock-up of your invitation while you wait so that you can see exactly what you're paying for. I thought that they were reasonably priced for the great service that they provide. We had Starfish print and cut all of the materials for the invitations and place cards and put them together ourselves. We received a lot of compliments on the invitations, which we were able to match to our cake and table settings with one of the paper styles that Starfish had.

I went in with no idea of what i wanted. Once having a look around they said i could pick a few items that i liked and they would help create one on the spot with me. Our guests loved them and they cost under $2 per invite. They did not take very long at all to make and looked very classy.

The girls at Starfish Lane were great. My husband and I are not particularly creative and we were really overwhelmed by the amount of choice available. I choose some colours and the girls gradually helped us to put togetehr a design. We had ours cut for us but put then together ourselves. They were suprisingly easy to do and all of our guests loved them. They also do fantastic DIY place cards which looked great and saved us a fortune.

Great products but definitely over-priced. Service levels are lacking and the cost of getting something done by them is exhorbitant. Put the word wedding in anything and the price doubles but this company takes the mick.

Hi Adrian Thank you for your feedback regarding Starfish Lane and your search for Wedding Invitation Stationery. As Starfish Lane is one of the leading Invitations specialists in WA, we pride ourselves in our customer service. In the many reviews/thank you cards we receive from our customers, our customer service is commented on as positive. I apologize if on the day you came into Starfish Lane the customer service was shabby. Your comment has been printed off together with the other comments on the Easy Weddings website and is on the staff notice board. Starfish Lane is open 7 days, including late night Thursday for our customers' convenience. This together with well trained staff, does come at at price. In saying this, we are aware that we have much competition in the Invitation Stationery world and therefore have to stay in line with regards our prices. Our surveys and more importantly our customers' feedback has shown us that we are in line with our prices as well as offering the 7 day week/Thursday night shopping convenience. We are acutely aware that weddings are costly affairs and that a budget needs to be adhered to. This is why at Starfish Lane, we offer the different options. If our customers have a small budget, the DIY service is available. We still spend the time with the customer, creating a design, making up a sample, guiding them with measurements, giving them the measurement sheets, calculating how much stock they need for the various items of stationery they require, hiring a guillotine at a nominal cost to insure that they have a professional looking invite at a low price. If the customer has a slightly bigger budget, we offer the service of artwork/setup, printing and cutting. The customer can then save money by assembling the Invitation Stationery themselves. We spend time showing the customer how to assemble the Invitation Stationery so they feel confident doing it themselves as well as saving money. Thirdly, for our customers who

Invitations are done differently in Australia than in my native USA. The staff was very helpful at guiding me through the process and explaining how things are done here. They had a great selection of papers and accessories to chose from as well.
