It is equally disappointing to learn of a bride's dissatisfaction for the first time via a public forum and not by direct communication. Should this have been the case in the first instance following the hair trial then we would've had the opportunity of rectifying this by providing another hair stylist both for a second trial and on the wedding day. On checking our records a total of $250 was paid on the wedding day for 3 hair styles which included fishtail braiding. On discussing this with the hair stylist concerned she was equally surprised to read this comment as she left on the day understanding that everyone was happy. It can be difficult working with other service providers outside the Makeup 4 Brides and Hair 4 Brides group as they can work to different schedules and timings, occasionally concerned with their own task at hand and not that of the big picture - getting all requirements (hair and makeup) completed on time. At Makeup 4 Brides and Hair 4 Brides we pride ourselves on excellent customer service on every wedding we do but do find it difficult to make good a situation if we are unaware of it in the first place.
