The sales assistants that I dealt with at the Armadale store were fantastic but the day that I went to actually order and put a deposit on the dress the sales assistant that helped me measured me again and said I needed the next larger size. Needless to say when my dress arrived it was ridiculously good. Their alterations department at Fitzroy were fantastic altering my dress within a week before my wedding due to my other dressmaker falling through at the last minute.

Gorgeous collection of dresses at varying price ranges. My consultant was an absolute marvel and actually picked my dream dress for me!! I would never had looked twice at it on the rack but as soon as I had it on I knew it was the one!

LOVED my dress! For the amount of work that went into the dress (beading & lace) the price I paid was good. Service was great at first but a little lacking after I had paid. I do recommend them though. The dress was so beautiful.

Very nice staff the first time i went there but on second occassion had a rather rude lady. Dress are all beatiful, but alittle over priced compared to other stores with the same designer.

I found it a struggle to find a flower girl dress that I liked, but I managed to find one at Raffaele Ciuca in Brunswick. A little bit pricy than what I wanted to pay, but she was able to order it in on time.

I purchased my AMAZING wedding dress from their clearance store. The dress itself was enough to sing high praises to the store for supplying it! The sales staff were not overly friendly or caring, but the dress maker I dealt with making my alterations was absolutely lovely. She altered my dress perfectly and was friendly and approachable. Unfortunately towards the end of the wedding reception one of my buttons broke on the back of my dress so we had to safety pin it for the remainder of the night. After to speaking to the shop they were very helpful apologising and are going to fix it for us at no charge.

This is where I found the 'one' my perfect wedding dress! Unfortunately no made to measure, staff experiences where mixed from fantastic to out right rude depening on which staff memebr you got. Knoweledge of own stock was poor & don't expect anything special when you pick up your dress! Apart from that- alterations where perfect and I couldn't have been happier on the day.

They say that it is all about the dress and what a dress mine was! I had passed the shop in North Fitzroy since I was a little girl and mum and I thought we would pop in and have a browse. I didn’t have an appointment but was quickly accommodated after enquiring about trying a dress on. As soon as I tried it on, I was in tears and mum was in tears, it was obviously the one. The fitters and the seamstress were great with my alterations appointments and truly made sure that it was just perfect for me. Comments on the dress continue to roll in especially from my husband and the photos of it are incredible!

At first we were really please with this store, however as soon as we agreed to hire our suits from this supplier the service level dropped. The boys were measured for their suits and shirts by the team member but when we went for the final fitting my husbands suit was the incorrect size and the pants were tailored way too long. They also were disorganised, losing records of payments we had made on our account. I would not recommend this supplier.

They have a very large selection of wedding dresses which makes your selection very hard but you are bound to find the right one. But the reason for a 4 rating is that the sales assistants are very pushy for you to buy extra and keep showing you things to buy like the petticoat or the veil, tiara, jewelery, which made me feel a little bit uncomfortable.

you may pay a bit for this jewellery...but this bridal company has the best quality and beautiful designed jewellery. Sometimes in life you need to pay that bit extra in order to get quality.

I purchased my jewellery from the same place I bought of wedding dress from as I needed to see teh jewellery with the dress. Do allow time to order your jewellery as I didn't realise you needed to order in advance and they had to do a rush order for me 1 week before the wedding. I still got it in time.

The boys got their suits from here, great suits but we had a couple small problems with them. They didn't do the grooms alterations corectly, luckily he tried it on again a few days before the wedding and they could fix it. We picked up all the groomsmen suits 2 days before the wedding and they gave the wrong shirts, so we had to go back and get the correct ones - they did let us keep the incorrect shirts for the inconveniece and we had to buy the ivory shirts as they didn't hire them.

A huge of range, which is good when your feeling is "i'll know it when i see it". They were very prompt to let me know when my order had arrived, and also called to confirm dressing fitting appointments. The only negative comment i have is that the sales women were a little bit pushy with regards to accessories, and needing to buy them NOW.
