Can't recommend Fairytales enough, they are so very patient with every bride, it was great to have honest feedback and fun along the way. They made us feel very comfortable!

I went shopping for my dress late on a Saturday afternoon and did not have an appointment as I was just browsing.
However I found a dress that I just fell in love with and really wanted to try it on. At first because it was afternoon, almost finishing time they were a little hesitant but then luckily agreed to let me try the dress on. I am so happy they did as I chose that very dress.
I had to lose weight to fit into my dress and although they could take it out I was determined. 5 weeks before wedding I went in to try dress, it just fit but I could only just breathe, I really did not want to give up so luckily the alterations lady gave me an extra 3 weeks.
Knowing it was pushing it to get any alterations done they did not care as they knew how important it was to me to fit into my dress and that was more important to them.
Luckily I did fit so it was worth it in the end but the girls there were just so great. Thank you

The selection of dresses at Fairytales Bridal Boutique in Moonee Ponds was really good. I found the staff to be fairly pleasant to deal with and they made sure that everything arrived and was ready in plenty of time.

Fairytales in Croydon are great. I had tried over 30 dresses and went back to Fairytales again because the girls working there were easy going, kind and weren't pushy or rude. They made the process so easy and painless and I would recommend these girls any day!

Overall I am happy with Fairytales Bridal. Their communication was fantastic as was their in house dressmaker who tailored my gown beautifully. Initially my dress was ordered in the incorrect size and the staff their dealt with that problem in a very professional manner. My gown arrived in time and fit perfectly.

Over all ok. I got the best customer service on the day I tried on dresses. The last day when I picked up my dress, I had to wait around to get an attention of the staff. My appointed staff left me for at least 20 mins while she went and attended someone who was interested to try on dresses.

I got my dress from the Croydon store, I was disapointed at the fact they didn't do Saturday fittings and when you work full time its hard to get time off work for fittings but the service was friendly, the alterations were done really well and my dress looked amazing.

The assistant that helped me find my dress on the first day was fantastic. She pulled out 3 dresses and i found the perfect dress out of these 3. I had had terrible experiences in other stores and found fairytales to be very helpful. They did all alterations on site as well.

I found my dress in my first visit, within an hour it was on layby. Fairytales has a lovely selection of dresses, but don't be fooled by what it looks like on the hanger. I didn't like mine on the hanger, but when I put it on I fell in love with it.

The girls at Fairytales in Moone Ponds were very helpful in suggesting dresses and when the dress I wanted to try wasn't there, they got it in from their other store. They did the alterations at a reasonable cost too.

I was really nervous about going wedding dress shopping. Fairtales in Croydon was my first stop as I live close by. I found my dream dress and did not have to go anywhere else. Michelle served me and she was amazing, very attentive, listened to what I wanted and offered some great advice. The price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend them

Bought my 'dream' dress, due to poor lighting in the store had no idea it was see through from the bust down. Found the dress for $400 less in other stores even though the tag on the dress had been marked down hundreds, alterations removed parts that shouldn't have been.

Great selection of dresses however I felt pressured to purchase there and then. Fittings are difficult as there only fitting times are Mon-Thurs, 10am til 4pm. Service can vary significantly depending on who you see. Hint - Don't accept first quote for alterations cost as I saved my bridesmaids and myself over $500!

The sales girls are so helpful and great to help you pick out your dream dress. The lady that does the alterations can be quite abrupt and short though. Make sure you get a good quote on the alterations and get it written on your paperwork. I was originally quoted $180 for all alterations and she then tried to charge me $390 on the day. Luckily the manager backed me up and I got it done for $180.
