The first time I went to the store, the assistant was so lovely and helped me try on a number of dresses. On subsequent visits to order and pick up the dress I struck other assistants who were not so great.

i had missed mr k's order cut off date by 3 days, which meant getting the dresses 2 weeks before the wedding. bernie rang melbourne and somehow got them to accept the order, so dresses arrived 6 weeks before the wedding instead. miracle workers as this is unheard of...they were even shocked that the order was accepted!!

again bernie and the team always went the extra mile to clothe the men, from attention to detail down to minor alterations....changing a fob pocket to a real one so my husband could wear his fathers fob watch.
