We really enjoyed our tasting where we were treated to amazing quality cakes with complimentary coffee. The cake was exactly what we wanted and delivered straight to the venue. Loved it.

Our wedding cake was delicious. I was able to go to the cake shop several times to make my decision on the final cake fillings. the staff were helpful, pricing was reasonable and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely beautiful top cake and cupcakes. After a yummy taste testing with Sophia we had decided on the perfect flavours. Sophia was very helpful and friendly in the whole process. The cupcakes also made for a beautiful bomboniere gift. Thanks again.

These guys are absolute cheats! Their customer service is appaling. They do not even bother to ring you back if you leave a voicemail after the payment has been made! They believe that if it does come down to their word against a customers, it is the customer that is wrong. Respond here with ur email add and I will be more than happy to provide the rude email I recd fro the owner of Oakleigh Quality cakes! Will never ever go there or reccmmend them to anyone. It certainly helps to pay the few extra bucks and go somewhere worthwhile!

we loved our cake. Our personalised toppers were great - everyone loved them, received so many comments about them. Pricey but worth it.

Not so Quality cakes... where do i start! firstly i made it very clear that i had 80 guests and i wanted to take the top layer home so i need a big enough cake. the cake that was made was hardly enough for my guests. at our final consultation i said i wanted about 5 roses on the top layer and about another 5 roses coming down the side of the cake. to my surprise, there were 25 roses, frangipani and folliage. you could hardly see the cake as it was covered in flowers. the weather on our wedding day was 40 degrees hot. they did not transfer my cake in a refrigirated van. they took more than an hour to deliver the cake (as the driver got lost) and so by the time the cake arrived, the chocolate panels had melted as well as the top layer was leaning. when we went back to complaing, the owner argued with us, without an apology and blamed the weather for the melted cake!
i do not recommend them!

We gave them a picture of what we wanted and our cake turned out exactly like we were hoping. The cake was nice and they gave us extra to cut and serve as a part of the cost. We enjoyed the tastings and delivery fee was the same for a public holiday as it usually was. They let us go and see it on Boxing Day too.

The cakes look great, but have no taste. Service was pathetic. I lost my deposit and ordered from Lilypad iinstead, the decision paid off well. .
