Cake tasted great, however it was decorated TOTALLY differently to what I had ordered in every way.. the excuse was that the cake makers friend was very sick at the time.. I was very upset as I had chosen a stunning cake and had 3 meetings about the design. what I recieved was old fashioned, wrong colours and had nothing I liked. I was offered $100 refund.

Yes there are always two sides to every story. The friend in question had actually died the night in question and yes I admitted I decorated the cake in question incorrectly and apologised profusely. I had one personal interview with Catherine and as she left stated "I am confused and am not sure what I want". I received two emails with various decoration styles. Ihe icing colour was as ordered but in error I put flowers on the cake which were not ordered. Catherine raved about the flavours of the cake and that all guests also did as well so I refunded half the cake fee.
