It all started as a child, standing next to my mum or grandma in the kitchen, watching them miraculously whip up dishes and desserts for our family and friends, I loved it. Our lives revolved around food. Oh food, glorious food!
Every cake I create is uniquely designed for each occasion and I am constantly bubbling with anticipation with what I might be creating next.
Working with people is a one of my passions, I work closely with each client to assure your order is brought to life just as you imagined. Bringing joy to your life through sweet designs is my gift to you.
I work by appointment only and I provide cake or chocolate samples for you to taste during your consult.
My love for food, pretty designs and textures lead me to curate beautiful gifts that can be purchased on-line at our store.

I began experimenting with chocolate, making truffles and taking them to work, and these eventually turned into little orders. A girlfriend then asked me to make her wedding cake and that is how my cake and dessert creating journey began. I am mostly self taught and have been very lucky to attend a cake course at Planet Cake in Sydney and a macaron class at La Cuisine Paris in France.

and do they even get eaten
I feel like nobody will eat cake if theyre drinking so do i even need to have one?
ive never craved cake when im drunk, mainly just savoury food or cheese and crackers, should I do that instead?

Having a beautiful small cake for cutting could be nice, this way no wastage and take the cake with you to enjoy with your loved ones the next day.

what flavours of cake go well together?

I've recently done quite a few cakes with a lemon sponge (made from scratch, no artificial flavourings) with a fresh raspberry vanilla buttercream.. It has become quite a popular flavour, nice and light and looks beautiful when plated.

I have created these for a few couples for their wedding and if it's done well these can look stylish and beautiful. For one couple, I created a 2 tier cake for them to cut aswell as the cheese tower and the cake table looked divine. At the end of the day, it comes down to personal taste.
