The team at ERS did a great job to look after the bridal party and guests. The food was amazing and the banquet staff professional. The guests could not stop talking about it all night! Thank you for making our night outstanding.

Our setting was at the Pagoda Restaurant and nothing could have been more warming, devine, nostalgic or professional. All the help from the Wedding Co-ordinator, the attention from the Banquet Manager, the service from the staff, the view over the river and the warm modern character of the room made it a no hassle, picturesque Dream come true Wedding Reception.

Room was lovely, but staff were a little rude and unhelpful. We were also refused breakfast in the morning, even though it was meant to be included with our room package.
