I have nothing good to say about Crown Plaza Hunter Valley, the service there was extremely unpleasant, it seems customers means nothing to Crown Plaza, they are unhelpful and very arrogant…their ability to resolve small problems are nonexistent…so I would not recommend Crown Plaza Hunter Vally to anyone. we would never stay there AGAIN!

Most of our guests stayed there. Poor management, not flexible for weddings, terrible service and super over priced! will never stay there again!

The only down side to our wedding was the Crowne. Their service was very poor when it came to issue resolution (they actually told us we could leave if we wanted - with our 90 guests), everything was at an extra cost, and we felt like we were being treated as a cash cow. Service with a surcharge. DON'T GO THERE!
