Marissa was our sales assistant her customer service exceeded our expectations. We had interstate groomsmen she organised everything for us all the guys had to do was go into their local stores and get measured and suits were ready for us to pick up. Well done spurling essendon!!

The assistant that helped me find my dress on the first day was fantastic. She pulled out 3 dresses and i found the perfect dress out of these 3. I had had terrible experiences in other stores and found fairytales to be very helpful. They did all alterations on site as well.

Initially we had a great experince but when we realised they had booked the wrong date for us the situation wasnt handled very well. It did leave a bad taste about flight centre for us.

Absolutely perfect, great staff to deal with in the lead up and absolutely perfect on the day. Our guests are still raving about the beauty, friendly staff, reception, great food and accomodation of the venue. Thank you Tatra definately was the right decision and made our day fantastic.
