From the minute we met Melissa we felt we had known her for a long time. She got to know us so she could personalise our service. She made us both feel very relaxed and gave us the confidence that our ceremony would run perfectly on our big day - which it did. Melissa provided us with all the information we were worried we would not know about and was available anytime we needed to talk or ask her a question, nothing was to much trouble for Melissa. Beautiful hotel, beautiful room. They allowed us to checkin the night before the wedding and leave our luggage there so there was no fussing on the night of our wedding.

Sensation venue - We used the loft room with our service on the balcony. We had the Harbour Bridge as our backdrop for our ceremony. The venue were so professional going above and beyond to make my day perfect. The food was Magnificent. They were a pleasure to deal with.
