We stayed in the Springbrook Lodge and it is truly amazing! Very secluded - with fireplace, infinity pool, all the comforts of 5 star, champagne and chocolates on arrival, massive bed, views to die for, marble bath & a rain shower - an amazing place worth every penny!

We hired Robert as our Celebrant and our MC. He was funny, friendly and made the whole day run smoothly & on time (so friends and family could relax)! Robert made everything easy - legal stuff, writing vows and planning the ceremony - I would definitely recommend him to friends.

Taya used my stationary to design 50 miniature cakes & large cutting cake - white with a turqouise trim with leaves and dodder vine. It was spectacular! Taya was great to work with & she set the cakes up perfectly on the day (without me needing to be there).

Really nice cars and easy to deal with - and they turned up on time with a smile. Location at the Casino in Broadbeach doesn't hurt - easy undercover parking/public transport & a million hotels. But - they did take too long to send confirmation email!

Veronica Jo was fantastic! I am an event planner with very high standards and Veronica had impeccable customer service. She was responsive, friendly, easy to work with and was the only suppler to call and tell me everything would be perfect the week before! Oh and the flowers were spectacular!

Our invitations were beautiful, delivery was prompt and the price was surprisingly cheap... But when I had to send repeated emails asking for typos and errors to be removed, I was met with quite a rude response, so not entirely happy but loved my stationary.

Visited the Brisbane store the day before the wedding so had very limited options in our size! Thankfully we both found something perfect with the help of our lovely shop assistant. It truly is a beautiful store - I feel very lucky indeed.

I cannot recommend 16 Strings highly enough - they were so easy and straightforward to deal with and were phenomenal on the day. Our rainforest wedding was transformed into a fairytale with this amazing group playing a mix of classical, pop and jazz - 16 Strings absolutely rocked!

We hired all 6 cabins & had the rehersal dinner, cermony & reception there - the venue is spectacular! The food amazing & they were great on the day & during planning. We had a few issues the day before but they redeemed themselves - a really spectacular, special venue!
