We purchased 4 bridesmaid dress from Lily Pad and the dresses were perfect. At the last minute we noticed one had a stain and without question a replacement dress was arranged within 3 days. Extremely professional staff and very thorough costumer service. High recommend to anyone.

Suits were lovely and staff very pleasent though it was a much easy process when the suit was purchased. The Groom and one Groomsman purchased theirs and the three groomsmen hired. The hired suits were wrong sizes on the pick up day so they had to be refitted and collected on the day before the wedding and on the day one still had a shirt that was wrongly fitted.

Wonderful agent that booked us a three weekend honeymoon in Thailand and Singapore. All airfares, transfers, breakfast were included. Everything went perfectly. Tour east was used for transfers as were exceptional. We used a honeymoon registery through harvey world, which was great we had wonderful contributions though it closed 3 weeks before the wedding and many people left it until the last minute and it had closed, and were unable to contribute so cash was given instead which was fine.

Beautiful, we stayed in a relaxation suite and it was amazing, very new and clean and fancy. We arrived late but it was still worth the money. 24 hour room service was handy because we found we didnt eat much at the wedding. Though the room service was not the best I have ever had but still fine.

Loved the dress, very easy process. It happened to be the first dress I tried on though we shopped around and came back. Staff very very nice once I purchased the dress. Fittings, pick-up, and alterations were very easy with well organised and informative directions.

100% happy, they were fabulous, very professional, well organised, flowers were deleivered early and we are in the country and there were still no issues. Venue flowers were deleivered there with no hassle. Bouquets were stunning.

Absolutely Wonderful. Have had such a pleasure dealing with this company. Our photographer was great. Photos are breath taking and made both myself and Husband become emotional. Their studio and album production process is so professional and loved every minute of our sessions.
