When trying to pick a celebrant, we really didn’t know what we were looking for. I assumed we would just meet someone who would tell us what to say and when to say it and that would be it. We found David on the Easy Weddings website and upon meeting him, we were delighted with his enthusiasm towards making it more personal and structured, in order to really share our story through the ceremony. David was the first celebrant we met and after our initial meeting, I cancelled my other 2 appointments with different celebrants. Knowing that he had probably plenty of weddings going on throughout the months lead up, he was always available to take phone calls or respond to emails to help us through any queries we had. He always made us feel like our wedding was the only one he had on his plate and his attention to the small details are something that we greatly appreciated. On our wedding day on the 2nd February 2013, the entire ceremony ran like clockwork. From the boys ties being tied properly, to the position of where everyone was to stand to ensure we got the best possible photos, were some of the small touches he made that I truly appreciate. I can’t thank you enough David for all the work you put into the ceremony. We really didn’t have a clue what we were going to have to do and with the help from you and the wedding guidebook you gave us, it just made it such a pleasurable experience for us both. You don’t just stick to the script and your enthusiasm and ideas to have it structured to fit in with our personalities and make it individual from any other ceremony, is something I know a lot of people, including us, treasure dearly. We were lucky enough to stay in an Executive Suite and it was just a beautiful end to the day. To pull up to Crown Towers is quite amazing for any bride. The staff was amazing and the room was just exquisite. With Crown, you can’t go wrong!
