We had quite a few issues. Wrong suits were ordered. Some were dirty with big stains on them. Some were even too short! And customer service needs improvement.

John was absolutely wonderful to work with. Our service was perfect! He gave fantastic advice about what to put where in the ceremony order, but let us also make all the final decisions without question. Thanks John :)

Fantastic staff and great facilities. Except for the spa that we paid for on the rooftop, it wasn't working, which was disappointing, But they were quick to give us a credit and apologize. And the peppers restaurant was the best food I have had in a very very long time!

Absolutely fantastic!We had our ceremony & reception here and what can I say about the staff,They were all fantastic!Anything that we wanted on the night was not problem at all!Even the next day.And Erin our event manager was also so fantastic to work with.i wish I could give 10 stars!
