Initial sales service was very good, but was told at time of sale the dresses would come at least a month before the wedding. Very disappointed when I called up a month before to rudely be told it would be less than 2 weeks beforehand, leaving scant time for alterations.

The dress came in on time, was a good price and the ladies were very friendly and were helpful. Were also timely in response to an email asking for a fabric sample from my dress - much appreciated!!
