An experienced and professional Perth Marriage Celebrant who specialises in Weddings because it’s an honour and pleasure to meet and work with people, like yourselves, who are about to experience the “most exciting” day of their lives.
Having a creative writing and events management background, my role is to work with you to fulfil your Wedding Day wishes by designing a ceremony that will be everything you’ve always dreamt of.
It will reflect your own unique love story that you, your family and guests will look back on as an enchanting day full of love, laughter, romance and maybe even a tear or two!
Let me guide you through the legal process and relieve you of any stress by taking care of all the details that come to mind when planning a wedding and free you up to get on with the ‘fun stuff’.

Every wedding and every couple I meet has their own unique story to tell. Understanding your dreams and aspirations for your big day provides me with the ability to set the scene and let the magic happen by tailoring your wedding ceremony personally to you. My focus is on the Bride and Groom portraying their “love story” to their guests and for your Wedding Day to be everything you ever dreamt.

When performing a commitment ceremony, everyone present must be aware that it is not a legal wedding ceremony where the couple become husband and wife.
The Celebrant will deliver words to the affect that you are wishing to make a lifetime commitment to each other, knowing that it will bind them just as close as any legal ceremony.

What makes a good marriage celebrant?

A good marriage celebrant will take the time to really get to know the couple they are marrying. They will ask questions about your relationship, what your family and friends mean to you, your proposal and your hopes and dreams for the future as husband and wife. I always ask my couples what they truly love about each other and why they want to marry. A good celebrant will always arrive at your ceremony early. They will remember names, they will conduct your ceremony like you have been friends for years. They will look and speak to all your family and friends and not forget to acknowledge your beautiful bridal party. They will always put you at ease and have everything in place before you walk down the aisle. A good celebrant will work closely with your photographer, making sure they are getting a perfect shot every time during your ceremony. They will schedule ceremonies to allow for unplanned situations that may pop up from time to time. Changes in weather, transport or traffic to your ceremony all play a part that no one has control over. A good celebrant will conduct your marriage ceremony in accordance with the Marriage Act to ensure it is valid and set the scene for the remainder of your day to be everything you've always wanted and dreamt about.

Hi Kate,
I doubt there could be a better way to find a celebrant than to contact one that your friends have used at their wedding if you really enjoyed their ceremony.
It's all about presentation, style and professionalism, some Celebrants have what it takes in spades and others not so much.
Getting a first hand view is definitely going to give you a preview of what you would expect for yourselves on your Wedding Day.
