We planned our honeymoon through Flight Center and they took care of us really well. Unfortunetly we booked our flights with Air Australia which went bust. But booking through Flight Center meant it was all taken care of and we didn't lose any money at all.

We are working with the Everton Park office and they are very helpful putting together many options and packages to work out the best travel time and pricing. they can look after all excursions and made the venues know we were on honeymoon so a few extra perks too.

I was a little disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. We had a flight booked on the wrong date, as well as an overnight train that was no longer overnight, and missing transfers. We had to fix these things ourselves. The hotels were great though.

Unfortunately we had a mishap 2 days before the wedding with our honeymoon registry. To their credit they worked hard to fix it, but would warn you to ask as many questions about the registry as you can if you are thinking of using it.

A total disaster. We used their online gift registry for our engagement present. None of the staff knew how to use them, we got sent the wrong card twice, the website stuffed up the day before - be warned!

We went to Fiji and stayed at The Warwick Resort and Spa and i must say it was very over-rated! The resort was beautiful but looked like any other 5 star resort and they charged like a wounded bull and there isnt too much to do... Outside the resort was great and pretty cheap but you need to hire a car to get anywhere because your hours away from everything!

Very Poor. I wouldnt recommend going to Flight Centre. We organised our Honeymoon to Paris with a stopover in Dubai. Our return stopover was 10 hours and the airline gives us a hotel stay. This was NOT organised by Flight Centre. It was their responsibilty, and they didn't do it.

We had the best honeymoon in Kota Kinabalu and Singapore. KK is stunning and we would go back tomorrow. We stayed at the Shangri La Tanjung Aru and this is a lovely hotel. Stay there if you can.Singapore was fab for the shopping and sightseeing also.

Flightcentre are the cheapest but with no frills. We had to keep getting back to our agent, Kate was good in some areas tho none of our hotels new or acknowledged that we were honeymooners. Had to get some of our own transport from airports to hotels. Luckily we are experienced travellers - would be very daunting if it was your first time overseas.

Fantastic customer service from their Dianella branch. Jasmine went above and beyond what was expected of her, and our honeymoon was an incredible experience! I would definitely book future flights with them, and I highly recommend the Shangri-La Rasa Ria Resort in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia.

We had everything already in our house so we asked for Flight Centre vouchers. It worked perfectly as we didn't have to pay for our honeymoon in the end! The only problem we found was that the vouchers weren't all recorded, so if they get lost, too bad!

All flights and hotels were great! The only issues is the hotels were not aware it was our honeymoon which we were assured they would be informed and they tried to put us into a room with seperate beds. But the planning process with flight centre was great with no issues!

Flight Centre was a great idea although what I didn't realise at the time was you still need to pay for your honeymoon from when it is booked and then they give you the finances from your registry within two weeks of coming home from your honeymoon.

We were very happy with the overall result (the resort was FAB) the only little things that were annoying was the fact we were promised certain things: Free upgrade to a honeymoon suite, 20% all meals & drinks at the resort, free massage & we didn't receive any of it. I checked with the Resort which showed me all there correspondence & it looks like Flight Centre were telling me what I wanted to hear!! But as I said the price was right, the transfers were there to pick us up & we had a blast so overall it was ok. Did have a bit of trouble with communicating with the same person, they always seemed to be moving between branches & going on holidays!

We walked in with no concrete idea of where we wanted to go, other than that we really wanted a RELAXING and pampering holiday. Julie at Gilles Plains recommended a cruise and we had the time of our lives. 14 days around New Zealand was ideal, we were treated like royalty and everything we were promised was true. Honeymoon was great, but we were missing flibght and accommodation documents and were still trying to rectify problems while we were on our honeymoon via email and phone to ensure we had accommodation at our next stop on the trip. Overall it was an amazing holiday but the Flight Centre dramas put a damper on parts of the trip and I will not be returning to them for my next holiday. I think with the amount of lead up time they had, I could have organised it better.

Our original consultant was very helpful and friendly and was able to get us a good deal. Unfortunately our flights changed which was fine though once we were on our trip we weren't told we'd be paying for our luggage on internal flights within the states. This really cut into the budget.

Found better deals with flights and accommodation than the rep, and as such price matching (reluctantly) was done, and as such found the service deplorable. Found that the rep had no idea about the resort (Fiji) or any desire to find out, i was told information that i later found out on my own was incorrect. Transfers that were purchased did not line up with flight times and I ended up having to spend time myself changing transfer times the day before our travel. Was incredibly unimpressed.
