The team at Spurling were fantastic helping find the perfect dress for my bridesmaid. With the dress arriving in ample time for alterations done at the same location.
Staff were friendly & the suits we hired were really lovely. Just had to purchase ties separately as they didnt have the colour we needed for the hire suits.
Great suits and good service. We had a couple of problems because our groomsmen were in Melbourne but it all worked out in the end
The suits were great and the service was good. It was a bit of a shame that one of the pants needed to be altered again as they hadn't been made to the measurements, but otherwise we were very happy.

I was thrilled to have found such beautiful range of dressses at such affordable prices compared to others I'd looked at. The girls were accommodating to all our needs. i would recommend them to any one else getting married.
Suits were lovely. Needed to organise hire for a Best man who was interstate and this was easily managed. The only issue was that the best man's shirt was dirty around the collar when we went to collect. They were able to provide another but meant another trip next day.
From the moment we walked in to Spurling, the service was fabulous! They sorted out all the boys and when we changed our minds about a few things they were super accommodating. Everything was easy, and the boys looked absolutely dashing!
Great looking outfits, were flexible with their pickup and drop off location, friendly staff, and very reasonably priced, especially if you have a few people in your bridal party.
The suits were nice. Not a great range for hiring. We had a bit of a problem with the grooms suit not fitting and couldnt pick up a replacement jacket until the night before the wedding.
We hired the Grooms and the Groomsmen suit for the Essendon Store on Keilor Rd. Great Customer Service and the quality was perfect.
Dress was gorgeous but the provider didn't supply what was asked and reneged on a portion of the deal.
We went to Parramatta, and they were great. Great service, suits were great and on time. It's a one stop shop, suits, ties, cufflinks and shoes!
They have an incredible selection of styles to suit everybody. My white dress was off the rack so I required no additional tailor fitting. Nonetheless the assistance who helped me try on every dress in the store before coming back to the first one I tried on were extremely helpful, they matched accessories to suit each style and really made the process individual.
The hiring process was quite simple and they made it easy to order suits for overseas wedding party members. Their service was good but the suit quality is reasonably average. If you have time you could buy better ones on sale and have them properly fitted.
They were great to deal with. The lady was happy for me to look around and also try the dresses on by myself, but came to my assistant once i asked for it. They got the guys all measured up really quickly and it was hassle free.
Great service. Got my dress and the suits there. They helped me secretly match my dress with the colours suits. Helped me pick a dress to suit my taste, body shape and skin tone. Happy for me to try on the same dress a bazillion times before receiving my own!
The flower girl dress was amazing and the girls at Spurling were so helpful and friendly.
Okay for suit hires. It was good that everyone had the choisc to purchase or hire the same suit which (pardon the pun) suited everyone's budget.

Very easy to deal with and the boys looked fantastic in their suits. Well fitted, clean and in good condition. My hubby and his groomsmen are tradies so never wear suits so for us hiring was the perfect option.
There was not a huge variety of dresses in store, so we chose from a catalogue. They were a little pricey, but I guess you get that with any formalwear... and the ladies looked stunning on the day. They took 6 weeks to arrive. Spurling were very accommodating.
Prices are cheap but internal communication was poor. When the guys went for their suit fitting the incorrect pick up date was provided which caused unnecessary stress.

Bad service, especially once they finalise a sale from you. They didn't follow up to contact us when the stock arrives. We had to chase it up and call them. They did not allow us to exchange the shirt for another size even though it has not been used.
they were awsome with the boys and as my youngest son is small they had a suit to fit him and they were a good price.

Generally i had a good experience with Spurling. I found most of their staff to be helpfull and accommodating.
Suits were fantastic, but was a bit of mucking around to get them all, as there were groomsmen from all different areas of melbourne and interstate. The main store did not keep us in the loop, and although other stores were supposed to fax through measurements it didn't always happen.
Spurling dressed the boys and we went for a classic look. The service was great! Ask for Matt in Bourke St he is the man! Very helpful with great service!
The mens suits were exactly what we ordered, the staff friendly and helpful and everything was on time.
We used for all the boys suits, had to make multiple calls though to explain that 3 of the suits were to be picked up in the ACT and the groom's in Parramatta.
buttons were missing or fell off on every suit we hired for the wedding. they told us we should have checked this .. i thought that was their job?
We used Spurling formalwear for the groom/ groomsmen suits. We were so impressed with the service. We had a delema with the shoes a day before the wedding and they managed to help us out with sizes and eliminate any unwanted stress before our big day.
My husband and groomsmen looks amazing on that day. The suits are very comfortable to wear. thank you.

I could not believe how easy it was to pick out the boys suits, they where so helpful and completely willing to work around our short timeframe (Mr. left it very very late!)
Pretty good. Suits were great. A miscommunication between stores and one of the groomsmen had the wrong colour tie but was fixed up by the wedding day.
We got our mens suits from this shop in Miranda, the fitting session was great staff were friendly, suits were measured to size and hire suit was ready to go upon pick up. Great service.
The store we hired from shut down a week before my wedding and we were not notified. Only knew because of the news. They company that took over gave us suits that didnt fit the boys and were not very helpful.
Camp Hill store - Guys were in and out very quickly. Left this one up to hubby to be and there were no hickups!

Very good service, we needed four vests which there was two different designs required and an extra large sized tails which they did all they could to help us find this size. they went out of their way to help us make our day one to remember. Highly recommended.

Great variety with helpful staff. The only issue is with bridesmaid dresses, You need to be in there at least 6 months earlier to choose them because that's how long it takes. Not super cheap but can find a bargain. Lovely suits though!!
The payment was very confusing with multiple receipts but the quality of the suits were great and the choice was excellent. All suits and accessories were delivered on time.

I tried on several dresses but kept coming back to the first one that Yvonne ( manager) had suggested for me. It made me feel so special and was a perfect style for me, as were the acessories that were recommended also. The men's suits were great too.
We HIred the Groomen and Bridesman's suits from Spurling. The suits were nice but the customer service could have been better for the price you pay just to hire.
The grooms and groomsmen's rented suits were standard but the staff there were really lovely, although the suits could have fit a little better- Im not sure if they weren't measured properly or it was just the cut of the suit.

My bridesmaids purchased their dresses from Spurling at Aspley in Brisbane. The dresses were gorgeous and reasonably priced, the staff are lovely and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend.
The Groomsmen all looked so sharp in their suits that they hired from Spurling Bridal. Everyone's suits was fitted and they looked so handsome.

Due to issues with Roger David I went to spurling last minute for vests, ties and hanks. They were great and helped me decide which would look best. My Dad lives in Melbourne and they took his measurements there and sent them to the Penrith store. Very helpful.

The girls at Greensborough Spurling were just fantastic. Very efficient and gave good advice. Their measurements were spot on and we had no dramas at all when we went to collect the suits. Stress-free and easy to deal with.

Coffs Harbour, not a good experience! got my dress wedding gown from here which was great! everything else from there was pear shaped! DO NOT RECCOMEND! definate NO for bridesmaids! one inexperienced staff member can mean all 3 dresses not fitting and no compensation offered! NOT HAPPY!

Great suits but we did have a few problems in store - Penrith..there was a slight mishap with one of the groomsman jackets..
Grooms suit not available until 11am on the wedding day when ceremony started at 3pm and photographer booked to photograph the boys at 12 midday. Everytime we went in to pay, pick up suits and collect deposit they had "lost out details" and we had to wait 30-45mins each time while they ran around looking for deatils that they never eventually found. We had to supply our copy of the booking details and receipt because they couldn't find theirs.
The guys all looked very handsome !! Suits fitted them perfectly and the prices fitted our budget perfectly. It was a win all round !

These guys were easy to talk to, no fuss and flexible. We had a drama with our bridal party with one bridesmaid pulling out 2 days before the wedding and these guys were awesome in suggesting ideas on how to make the groomsmen side feel complete without having to shuffle people around. Very experienced, and for me, that gave me assurance that everything was under control. Plus the guys were happy with the suits - affordable yet classy. Thanks Guys.
The team at Spurlings in Bondi Junction were amazing - always helpful and no task was too big or too small for them. Brian was such a friendly guy and made the whole wedding planning experience that much better!
Up-to-date colour and style range, Staff were friendly and very eager to help, even though we only had to hire 1 single vest!
Canberra store. Would not recommend, multiple mistakes in the groom's suit, including basic measurement errors that doubled the time taken to get the suit, and misleading sales information. Go to Sydney Myers instead.

Lani at Bundall was a great help - we came in at the last minute, and she was very patient and helped Adam pick a stunning outfit. Would have been five stars if we hadn't had to query the bill (worked out fine in the end)
Hassle free formal hire. Also had the option of measuring up and many locations and partner stores.
Marissa was our sales assistant her customer service exceeded our expectations. We had interstate groomsmen she organised everything for us all the guys had to do was go into their local stores and get measured and suits were ready for us to pick up. Well done spurling essendon!!
Spurling Myer Melbourne - reasonably priced. Nice staff. A few hickups, but nothing the manager didn't rectify quickly. They left plenty of room for error and were quite flexible.
I love my dress, it was everything i ever hoped for in a white wedding gown. However I found that staff were not as helpful as i had hoped. They seemed a bit non-fussed about my larger size, and couldnt really help me with someone reliable to alter my dress.
They were great in helping the guys work out what they wanted to wear. My husband tried on heaps of different outfits to make sure he got it right, they were very patient with him and his groomsmen. Good prices and great service. I got my dress there too.
I found Spurling at fountain gate to be patient and friendly in regards to organizing suits for the groom and the bestman who had to come from interstate...The suits fitted like a glove and made me handsome!..kekeke
Some staff fantastic, others not. Verbally quoted $150 for suit + shirt + tie + vest + shoes. When final order placed, charged an extra $100 for the "extras" (shoes & vest). Lesson - get quote in writing!
All the Groomsmen and Groom were all fitted with Spurlings formalwear. They were great to deal with.
Narellan staff were friendly and helpful. Grooms suit was what we were looking for. However they are a bit expensive for hire.

We are from Mackay and got married in Brisbane. The bridal party were coming form around Australia and Spurling made it easy to order in your local city and collect in Brisbane. Measurements were spot on when we collected.
The boys looked amazing! The price was great, and they made the whole process easy and carefree, which is what you want when planning such a major event!
Amazing, so helpful with my Henry Roth dress and then we won $1000 suit hire with them and despite making no money on these suits, they went above and beyond including ironing the hankies we had bought somewhere else!

So quick and easy, and helpful. We also had a groomsmen in sydney, he was able to go and get measured in the sydney store and they organised the whole thing so we knew his suit would be right. Reccommend to use especially if you have groomsmen interstate.

Zero stars - they are the worst! Do not use them. They lost the groomsmens order so they arrived the day before the wedding and there were NO SUITS. They finally got suits an hour before the wedding!!! We did not pay as a result.
They did do I good job with the suits! they did look good on the day still havent got my deposit back?
The dresses came in multiple sizes but all were very long and on one of my flowergirls almost half the dress had to be taken up. Recommend to get them made by a dress maker as well!

These guys and girls were brilliant! Michelle helped me select my dress and the bridemaids dressed all within one visit and 1.5 hours. She certainly knows what works best on all different body shapes. The boys had no trouble with their suit hires, even when alterations were required!

It was a delightful experience dealing with Spurlings at Aspley for the boys suits. Sam made considered recommendations, suits were reasonably prices and we received fantastic service - Sam even tied all the ties! The boys looked terrific. Would definitely recommend!
Were good to deal with for the Men's suits, but we had a problem with the their delivery. They got sizes wrong and we received the suits a day before the wedding, which stressed out the groom.
Good range, great prices, great flexibility, but requires a lot of chasing and often dealing with different members of staff. Everything was great and ready though when the day came.

I was so excited when I spotted the perfect wedding dress! and the staff their were very helpful. My dress needed to be ordered in from another store and was ready for me to pick it up within 2 days! I was vert impressed and I would highly recommend them!
We hired all suits from Spurling in Epping, they were very helpful and everything was ready on time
I went to the Penrith store and the staff were just horrible to me whilst I was looking for a dress. My husband had arranged to get his suits there but after the service I received, got he and the groomsmen's suits elsewhere. Overpriced in any event!

Didn't call to confirm suits arrived for the final fitting to be arranged. (we asked for a call, they said they would). When groom went to collect suits day before the wedding order was not correct. (shirts not matching, hankies missing, ties and vests were different styles and some shoes missing)
Spurling had a good range of mens suits to choose from, reasonable prices and good service. They gave good advice about styling and the guys look fantastic.
My dress was so perfect and the staff at Spurling Bridal were wonderful and never pushy. Kate at Spurling Bridal altered my dress to make me feel absolutely beautiful in my dress. Thank you!
Easy to deal with, and they have a great range of suits. They were even able to match the colour of the ties to my bridesmaids dresses! The suits looked great and fitted the guys perfectly.
Fountain Gate We hired 6 suits in total and the service was outstanding! They went over and above to help us with our pageboy as he was a little harder to fit and it was perfect! All the guys were comfortable, can't ask for more then that.
Very good prices (we got our suits when there was a promotion). Start looking early so that if there are promotions, you might be able to benefit! Staff very helpful and speedy. Make sure you inspect vests - my husband's vest had two creases down the front which is obvious in photos :(

I brought my dress off the rack and was given a discount. They had amazing designs and the staff were very helpful. They also dry cleaned the dress prior to picking it up.

Lee is amazing, she works out of the narre warren spurling store. She altered my internet sight unseen bought dress perfectly. It was like it was made exactly for me after she was finished. She also altered my daughters flowergirl dresses too. She made me the most amzing veil that i had so many compliments on. Her prices are so reasonable i think she should actually charge more for the work she does just perfect!
The suits were ordered in the wrong sizes even after they we all "Professionally" fitted. The heal of the grooms shoes broke after the ceremony. poor quality pruduct for the $$$$ paid.
One shop quoted us $99 for a suit. A couple of the guys went to different stores who tried to charge them up to $200. They did bring the price down once the first quote was mentioned.
Sam at Spurling, Aspley was fantastic! He worked with us every step of the way and was excellent in helping us make our decisions. The suits were all of great quality and the boys all looked very handsome on the day. We did not have a single issue in dealing with Spurling, Aspley and they helped to make an easy transaction. Sam remembered us every time we walked in the door and I think that says a lot about someone who surely sees a lot of different wedding parties each week!

The process of booking the suits for the groom & groomsmen was very easy. The staff were very helpful and they know their range well and made some great suggestions on colour combinations which we really appreciated. The only hiccup was at the time of return we were advised that the bond would be automatically refunded to my credit card but it wasn't and I had to go back into the store as my details were taken down correctly. A minor incident and yes, I would still book with Spurling dispite the refund issue
mix up with bridesmaid dresses. gave incorerect sizes. dresses were different material inside even though they were the same dress. never ever using their store again.
The service was great, however they did not advise when they would order the dress. Therefore I had my dress to be altered as I had lost some weight between the first fitting the ordering time.
The mens suits were overpriced and they told my husband his vest and tie would match my dress but they didn't.
they were ok none of the suits fit the guys when we picked them up after their fitting but all was rectified the day before the wedding.

Once again, great customer service. The problem with my dress was that it arrived from the manufacturer, Mancini bridal and was much too long! Spurling paid for it to get altered correctly though. This was a big stress that I didn't need though.

i had a beautiful dress, which i ordered new. it was ready within 3 months. we also bought the groom suit which we picked up on the spot.
They were pretty good. They were a little rude at times, but we were able to pick up one of the boys suits from a different location and drop them all back at that location (not where we picked up most of them) which made life really easy
Bridal Collections at Erina are the Spurling store that are supplying all of our suits. My Fiance bought his and the rest of the boys are hiring. It was great to have the option.
Purchased groomsmen suits for a bargained price, as very close to hire cost. Pays to shop around at different franchisers. Ensure they say what they will deliver e.g. pressing each garment before final pick up.

Our groomsmen bought their suits from Spurling Formal Wear and they looked great. The suits are affordable and look great.
Men looked fantastic and was a great pleasure dealing with the people at the Wagga Wagga branch! They were even very accomodating to the fact that we couldn't get the suits back due to flooding and let us drop them off at another supplier!
I had 4 dreeses altogether and 2 of the dresses and my hoop were purchased from Spurling in Penrith. Lauren (Manager) was so helpful and gave all the right advice. She had so much patience and nothing was too hard. It was an adsolute delight dealing with her!

they kept losing our paperwork and on the day of the wedding, they put the wrong names on the suits - the staff weren't too switched on.

The assistance the boys received was great, my only concern is they had to order in another suit jacket in the correct size and they didn't really see the urgency in us wanting to get it in a week early. We wanted to make sure that it was the right jacket! That would have left us enough time to source one from somewhere else if it had been wrong.
They were very helpful with choosing our suits. Especially with our difficult Groomsmen. They were every helpful when the shirts we chose were discontinued, and they did there best to accomodate and help chose new ones to fit wth our look.
We hired all the suites from Spurling Formalwear - Brisbane Myer Centre. Very professional and all the boys looked very handsome.
i do not recommend Spurling Formalwear! i was not measured properly for my dress. When it came in it did not fit me properly. There was also a stain down the back of my dress and had to hav it dry cleaned.
The helpful people at Spurling were able to match the groomsmens vests perfectly with my bridesmaids dress. The guys looked very handsome on the day.

Great assistance selecting the hire suits for the boys. Unfortunatly all suits recieved were the wrong size... they fixed it without an issue but not want u want to hear a few days before the wedding.
Bridegroom suit was not correct size and the waistcoat was not up to standard one day before the wedding so they had order another one which meant another trip to pick up the suit
We went with Spurling in Parramatta for all of the boys suits and 3 days before the wedding we went for a final fitting. All 5 suits had been sent from their Melbourne warehouse with totally incorrect measurements and had to be redone, leaving no time to retry them prior to the wedding... They also forgot to ring one of the groomsmen to tell him his shoes were in, so he got them after the wedding (not helpful) and they denied the price we had agreed until we provided evidence we had (luckily) kept showing the agreed discount. Overall, the suits were gorgeous, but the seemed very disorganised and the errors were plentiful.
Hired guys suits from them, we got a $189.50 special for each suit, saved us $50 each! Girls were always so helpful & nice when dealing with them, would definately recommend these guys.
Spurling were very helpful during all of the suit fittings. We ended up taking one of the bridesmaids dresses to try and match the ties that the guys would be wearing. Our sales ladywas very helpful and took her time to make sure that everything was correct.
Happy with the service and we had problems getting the boys measured and suited up seperately. Could have had a broader range of ties and vests to choose from.

really expensive, they ordered the wrong size shirt for the groom, and the shirts werent ironed when the boys picked them up so they had to do it themselves the night before!!
The staff at Spurling made the selection of style and colour of suits very smooth offering practical advise. They are intouch with the latest styles and fashions whilst still appreciated tradition. All alterations were completed on time and suits were ready to pick up on time.

The boys hires their suits. I think we could have done it cheaper if I had looked around more.The buttons popped of the grooms jacket when we were taking photos and the best mans pants ripped...abit disapointing when we paid $225 to hire each suit.
The boys suits looked great though the day they picked them up, the wrong coloured ties were given to them despite the correct colour being on their invoice. It was easily fixed but an error that could've gone drastically wrong.
Some staff are inexperienced in fitting suits so had to go back several times to get the right sizes. However they do have a nice range and can get things in quickly if required.
Were very busy and often had to wait for assistance each time, but good recommendations and service once we got it.

We hired suits from Spurling, and were very impressed by their professionalism. All of the boys were fitted exactly right, so no body looked like their suit was too big or small. Pick up and return process was very simple and I would highly recommend them.
Great dress at a great price but TERRIBLE service including: misplacing my dress, referring me to a dressmaker who ruined an almost perfect fit (made it 8cm too small from being a little too big) and then failing to offer any compensation to repair the situation.

Spurling was happy for us to change our suit sized the week before the wedding as my hubby had lost a lot of weight.
The suits looked amazing on the day, and they let the groomsmen come in at their own leisure to try on as we had to organise out of town people. They even drove to our house on the day to deliver a new shirt to my father in law!
Prices were reasonable, service was a little scatty, alterations had to be made one suit due to a measuring error. All in all, OK.

Beautiful clothes, but the service wasn't as polite/personal as we would have liked. There were not enough staff to help fit clothes and man the counter at the same time so it was a bit stressful there.
Great help, Each male involved got fitted at a different place but it was no trouble to them. Everything was the right size.

The suits were perfect, the service on the other hand could do with some work. We would walk into the store and have to wait sometimes up to 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge we were there, and they're not cheap so you would just expect better service.
We got stuffed around with the time of the final fitting. They had put down the wrong time for us to come in the end though the suits looked great.
The staff at the Camp Hill Store in Brisbane were excellent, very helpful and all their suggestions worked out great. We could not have been more pleased with the choice of suits for the guys.
