very accommodating, friendly and helpful team. I found two dresses I loved so I asked for elements of both to be made into one. Nothing was ever a problem and the dress was beautiful. Be careful with your budget though and add extra for the alterations. These cost me around $300 extra.
After picking my dress a staff member said the veil I was trying on was tacky and looked cheap. Upset I left but next day called to complain and the owner answered. She was horrified at what happened and from then on I dealt with her and had no issues
The staff were really lovely and very easy to deal with. The dress was comfortable and divine looking.
