My dress was way to big for me and this wqs not because I had lost weight. I had to pay $400 in getting my dress altered. I believ the person who ordered my dress is no longer there.

The staff there are lovely but a little forgetful. They ordered the wrong bridesmaids earrings, and then charged me the wrong price, then charged me for 4 pairs instead of 3! The veil came in without any problems but they didn't ring me to let me know it had arrived.

My bridesmaids purchased their dresses from Spurling at Aspley in Brisbane. The dresses were gorgeous and reasonably priced, the staff are lovely and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased my wedding dress and bridesmaid dress from Spurling. Both were purchased off the rack and were in a great condiiton. They had a good range of sizes between stores and required little alteration.

Due to change over in management some troubles were had with finding receipts to make payments, alteration services etc. One Bridesmaid was not measured properly and her dress did not fit, but all was sorted out thanks to new management and some understanding staff members.

The suits were fantastic. Although we did have to do a LOT of running arund for things that were wrong or had not been supplied. Three days before the wedding, this was not something we needed. GIven that suit hire is not cheap, I was not happy with the service.

Absolutely loved my dress, it may have only cost $199 at the Melbourne bridal and Couture Sample Sale 2010, but it was the most stunning dress I had tried on!! I had the most amazing comments!! That you for making me feel like a $1M on my big day!! You were amazing in helping me find my dream dress

Dress was supposed to be made to fit however I'm a size 12 and the dress was made in a size 18 after 4 disastrous alterations it only just fit. Still could have come in another couple of cm

I couldn't believe how easy it was to buy my wedding dress! After trying only a couple, I found my dress and it fitted (more or less)! They also gave me a list of dress makers who they suggested to alter it. The service was excellent too

The intial shop assistant - Pauline - was fantastic. I didn't have a clue what I wanted and she wasn't pushing in trying to make a sale. she understood that I'd only just begun looking and encouraged me to look around and return if it was the right dress!
The only challenges I had, was that I was between two dress sizes and was losing weight - the larger dress size was ordered and the dress when it arrived ended up being 2 sizes too big. There was a bit of a stress, however the onsite dress maker altered the dress and no one knew of the dramas.
