The Bonbonerie
Nakamura Chocolates realizes that in giving bonbonerie, the new couple want guests to take home part of their special day, as a way of saying thank you for sharing it with them. Chocolatier Nakamura specializes in Bonbonerie.

Bonbonerie may have any flavour from the range and include an elegant card, thanking guest from the bride and the groom. There is also a range of box sizes and ribbons, meaning the right bonbonerie can be created to complement your wedding day perfectly.

The Chocolatier
Yuki Nakamura was born in Japan but spent several years in Canada, where she discovered her passion for making chocolates.

She completed her formal training at Savour Chocolate and Patisserie School after which she took a position in the kitchen of Choux Cafe.

Yuki continued to practice and study, honing her skills, designs and recipes, then treating people to her unique luscious fillings set in beautifully crafted chocolates, finally opening Nakamura Chocolates. 

Her belief is that Chocolates are a joy of life.  Each piece embodies centuries of tradition, expressed by the skill and personal touch of the chocolate artisan.  The experience of a chocolate is not only of luxury and superb ingredients, but also of beautiful packaging and the practice of true service. 

So much does Yuki Nakamura hold these values dear, that she uses her most precious symbols to guarantee them; her family name and crest.
