I had a CHEESE Tower for my cake. It was truly the best!! If you want something different and what bride doesn't then please see the people at Formaggi Ocello in Sydney. They will look after you and make you the best cheese tower your guest will rave about for years to come.

We had two cakes. A cheese wheel which was our main cake, and a sweet cake. Ocello were fabulous to work with.. They answer all of your questions in a timely manner and offer so many cheese wheel options. They also have a tasting option where you pay $50 and if you proceed with a cheese wheel cake, this comes off your total cheese wheel bill. We had our cheese wheel delivered via courier in a timely manner. Such a great experience.

As we are cheese lovers we decided to have a cheese tower as our wedding cake. Ocello were accommodating and though they had set cheese tower designs they were happy to substitute different cheeses to suit our taste. We were able to try each of the cheeses and were able to pick what we liked. The cheeses were delivered in individual wheels but came with instructions and were easy to assemble. We highly recommend if you are cheese lover like us and looking to do something different!
