Not a cheesecake!...ours is a Wedding Cake tiered with varying diameter cheese wheels arranged one above the other in the same manner as a traditional cake.

Most popular selections are Vintage Cheddar, Branxton Brie, rustic rinded Tomme de Chevre and our benchmark award winning cheese Hunter Gold Washed Rind.

The "cake" is tailored to suit the number of wedding guests, with the option of reserving a little extra for after's functions the next day. 

Foremost consideration is given to the "look" of the cake at the reception for the cake cutting and speeches.

Theme the "cake" to your wedding colours or choose rustic cheese rinds on timber boards, figs, grapes, fruit pastes & ribbon to ensure your unique and stylish choice of wedding cake is remembered and enjoyed by everyone.

We offer a complete consultation, decorating and delivery service to local venues, we will also work with your venue or wedding planner ensuring wafers, fruits and fruits pastes complete your cheese cake course. 

The Cheese is produced in our award winning regional Hunter Valley Cheese Factory making our selection affordable and usually comes a little under the cost of the traditional wedding cake.
