Our ceremony and reception were held on the jetty of Coral Sea Resort. I recommend Coral Sea Resort because it's a fantastic venue that's perfect for smaller and more intimate weddings. I recommend an afternoon wedding and night-time reception on the jetty and staying at the resort for a few nights. The venue is in a spectacular location and it's unique in that you can get married over the water without being on a boat. Staff are extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. We were married at the start of November 2025 and were very lucky with the weather. For the ceremony it didn't rain, it wasn't too hot (28 degrees), the water was a vivid crystal blue and the boats and yachts set the scene. It was beautiful. For our night-time reception the temperature was comfortable, we had clear skies and a supermoon. We couldn't have asked for more. The resort supplied basic decorations, place cards, tables, chairs, tablecloths, and a circular gold arbour. Flowers from the florist (Sofi and Flora) decorated the arbour, chairs, and reception table, and no other decorating was needed. Our meals were great (three courses). The food was delicious, presented beautifully, and cooked just right. The table service was great, and staff were polite and helpful. We had an open bar and cocktails. Our guests enjoyed their drinks and the cocktails were good. The jetty is great in that it's clean and tidy, in good condition, easily accessible for guests and only a short walk away from the toilets. During the day guests were shaded from the sun and at night fairy lights provided soft intimate light for our reception. We stayed at the resort for three nights. Our hotel room was beautiful and it made getting ready for our wedding so much easier and less stressful. Our hairdresser and florist both visited the hotel room on the morning of the wedding to do their wonderful work, which was fantastic. I highly recommend staying at the hotel because you can walk from your hotel room to the ceremony and back again from the reception.

We had our Big Beautiful Day here and said I Do’s and Madi the Wedding coordinator was just so on board and made if easier on our day providing cold drinks and parking our old Fairlane with bolards around it. Madi also set up the tables beautifully I was very impressed and was rest assured So I Highly recommend tieing the knot here was such a beautiful day and I arrived too the alter in a Horse and carriage and my Groom arrived in Harley’s Very happy wife and husband now x

From the first conversation with Madi right through til our wedding day every detail was done so perfectly and professionally. We had a beautiful ceremony at 4th Lake and an amazing reception in the Merlot room. The food was delicious and the alcohol went down really well with our guests. The staff were very friendly and professional. Our guests danced the night away. Thankyou Madi & all the staff at Rydges Resort Hunter Valley for making our wedding day so special xxxx

Evermoore Castle was such an amazing venue for our wedding and honestly exceeded all of our expectations. The setting was so beautiful and unique, and it made the whole day feel really special. Rache and Andre were also incredible throughout the whole process. They were so warm, friendly and helpful, and made everything feel easy and stress free. We felt really looked after and could not have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely recommend Evermoore Castle to any couple looking for a beautiful wedding venue with genuinely lovely hosts.
