How do I order?
You can view several of our products on our online store to purchase. You can customise these products with colours and shapes that are available now. If you cannot find what you're looking for (e.g., colours or shapes), please contact us, and we will do our best to get these to you. (Colours and Shapes not in stock will incur longer processing time to order in as we DO NOT keep EVERY colour and shape in stock due to the customised nature of our products.
My wedding isn't until next year — can I book now?
Yes, Absolutely!
Contact us regarding the products/shapes/colours you're looking for, and we will send you a Quote.
A NON-REFUNDABLE $50 Deposit is required to book in your order. You can make as many changes to your order as you like up until 4—6 weeks (depending on products ordered) to ensure ordering, designing, production & shipping is completed in time before your event.
I don't have my RSVPs back yet — when do you require guest lists?
Guest lists are required 4—6 weeks out from your Wedding/Event. Sometimes this timeframe can be adjusted depending on the items ordered. Simply book in your date with a small NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit to secure your date. Then send your Guest list to us once you have your RSVPs confirmed!
I would like to order multiple items — do you do a Bundle price?
Yes! Depending on the items you have purchased, we may be able to work out a bundle price for you! Let us know which items you're interested in, and we will provide you with a quote.
Q: Where are you located, and do you do local pickup?
Yes, we offer Local Pickup from Cleveland, 4163.
We also post Aus-Wide with Australia Post.
Venue Delivery can also be arranged for Local Venues.
