Located within the Dandenong Ranges forest, Lyrebird Falls Receptions is an idyllic setting for rustic weddings. From the ceremony to the reception, everything is taken care of on-site.

Set within the lush, evergreen forest of the Dandenong Ranges on the edge of Melbourne you’ll create beautiful and unique memories with a wedding reception and ceremony at Lyrebird Falls.

Choose from a garden, gazebo or sweet chapel wedding ceremony, then have photos taken amongst the enchanted Dandenongs.

We only hold one event per day, so you and up to 120 wedding guests will enjoy exclusive access to this intimate wedding venue during your ceremony and reception.

We were so thrilled with Lyrebird Falls for our wedding. From the moment we first visited on a venue tour, we knew it was perfect. The greenery, gardens, fairy lights and gazebo are the most beautiful backdrop and added even more magic to our special day. It's so helpful to have a large carpark and ceremony location & reception area all in one place as well as not needing to go offsite for photos. The food was so delicious and the portion sizes generous, our guests raved about this. And most importantly, the staff made our day a dream come true. Louise held our venue tour and was our venue coordinator and MC on the day. Right from the start, she was so friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and educating us on all things wedding! She was professional and accommodating, and her organisation was next level, making sure everything on the day ran like a well-oiled machine, and checking up on us to make sure there were no changes to plan. We are telling all our friends and family what a fantastic venue Lyrebird Falls is and hope to be back to visit soon attending one of their weddings!

The team at Lyrebird Falls is incredible. We had the best day ever. Our coordinator, Ebony, was so amazing, and we didn't even have to think about anything besides having a good time. She set up all our bits and pieces, which was such a load off. The venue is gorgeous, with amazing inclusions, we knew we were going to book the venue immediately, as soon as we saw it in person. The food was amazing, and the standard of service we received was impeccable. Such an incredibly special location. I could not fault the venue or the staff or service if I tried. We had the perfect venue!

From our first enquiry four years ago, our postponents through 2020 and 2021, to our wedding day in May 2022, Lyrebird Falls have been faultless. The level of care, professionalism, and communication is second to none. Our enquires were always answered promptly. The staff are so attentive and go above and beyond. The food is AMAZING and never ending. Our guests commented on how good the food was and how much their was. The grounds are beautiful with so many places for photos so you don't need to go anywhere and can have more time with your guests. There are two perfect ceremony options for either outside or in. They include heaps in their package: flowers; menus; wishing well; canapes the list goes on. Our day was perfect thanks to Lyrebird Falls. A big shout out to Mikaela for her amazing support.

We recently had our wedding at Lyrebird Falls in Kallista, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking scenery.
