At Bangor we have a range of options for your wedding. Whether you are looking at a small elopement or a huge celebration for 240 people, we have a space for you.
Bangor Vineyard Shed comfortably accommodates 90 guests for a seated reception, and up to 140 guests for a cocktail style function.
We have a beautiful marquee site that can accommodate up to 150 guests seated, and up to 240 guests cocktail style.
We also have a range of outdoor ceremony sites, undercover and indoor ceremony spaces, a beautiful space for pre-dinner drinks and canapés, and an area for dancing. We have you covered whatever your style and no matter the weather.
Yes, beautiful Bangor Cottage is onsite for you and your guests. Located only 10 minutes from Bangor Vineyard Shed, Bangor Cottage is the original farmhouse and has been beautifully renovated to accommodate you and your guests. Overlooking the bay and farm paddocks it is very scenic and is perfect for photos while getting ready, or relaxing after the wedding. Fully self-contained with 2 bedrooms, full crockery, cutlery, platters, cooking/catering equipment, and plenty of champagne glasses, Bangor cottage sleeps up to 5 people (1 QB, 2 Singles + rollaway).
Bangor Cottage is available to all wedding couples for getting ready on your special day (included in your wedding package). It can also be booked for staying before and after your wedding.
Our wedding planner Kari will work with you every step of the way. She will work with you to select food and drink options, styling, ceremony sites and more. We have a directory of vendors from music, to lighting, flowers, photographers, cakes, coaches, and more, that we will share with you to help with all aspects of your wedding. Kari will work with you to develop the order of events, the menu, and the styling and layout. She will help you coordinate vendors and set up, and will work with our experienced wedding team to deliver the most perfect day. She will help coordinate the rehearsal and will be there on the day to receive vendors, liaise with the MC to ensure everything runs smoothly, and will be there with you through your wedding, quietly in the background making sure everything is just perfect.

Bangor is all about stunning 360 degree views. We have a number of breathtaking locations around our 8-hectare vineyard for the most memorable ceremony. We also have a beautiful, large covered and heated deck, and our rustic architecturally designed timber lined building, all with incredible views. No matter the weather, we have the most beautiful ceremony spot for you.

Absolutely! Our world class Chef’s are very experienced with catering for all dietary requirements. Our Head Chef Skye will personally ensure that your menu is perfect for every guest, whatever their requirements.
Yes! Bangor is a 6,100 hectare property farmed since the 1830’s for supplying beef to the Port Arthur Settlement, and cared for by the Dunbabin family since the 1890’s. With over 5,100 hectares of native forests and wetlands, 35 kilometers of coastline and 2,100 hectares of private nature conservation reserves, caring for the environment is a way of life at Bangor.
Bangor is beyond carbon neutral, we are carbon positive! We store significantly more carbon every year than we emit, 1,500 tonnes more! A wedding at Bangor supports the environment through the conservation work here, protecting native plant and animal species including Swift Parrots and the Tasmanian Devil, and helping to store carbon, protecting our planet.
