FAQ
We are currently taking orders up to 2 years in advance.
Please book in advance especially if your wedding date in peak wedding season!
If I am booked out for that month I am unable to take last minute reservations so please reserve ahead of time.
We love to be transparent with our pieces! Not all flowers will dry the same set in resin.
RED - dries darker than original colour.
WHITE - dries a creamy colour.
ORANGE + BLUE - hold their pigments well.
Orchids + Lilys to dry paper thin and can have transparent spots.
We cannot preserve succulents due to their moisture retention.
When flowers are bruised this causes translucent spots in your florals - we endeavour to select your best flowers, but can only preserve them in the condition in which they're received.

Resin is strong, beautiful and will last for many years to come. The memory evoked by your resin flowers will look the same as the day it is preserved.
Tips to increase the longevity of your artwork:
- Keep out of direct sunlight
- Please don't store in high temperatures
These can cause your resin to yellow.
If your are not within local drop off distance, you will need to ship your bouquet to me at your own cost.
The amount you pay to ship to me is not included in my prices.
The cost of sending your final pieces back to you via tracked shipping will be included in your final invoice.
This will be dependant on the size and design you choose.
HOW DO I SHIP?
Great Question! I get this one all the time
Our shipping instructions are on the website if you ever need to find them!
1. Wrap stems in wet paper towels
2.Glad wrap around the paper towel
3. Store in a cool dark room or fridge until you ship
*If placing in the fridge not near fresh fruits and veg
4.Pop in a plastic tub to secure
5.Fill shipping box with packing peanuts or something light to secure around your bouquet
*please no bubblewrap and newspaper - it squishes your blooms and newspaper can leave ink on your flowers.
6.Cover with paper towel and seal the box
7.Express shipping is preferred - don't forget to write FRAGILE on your box
8.Lastly, please include your name and contact number so I know it's your bouquet!
