An award-winning photographer, commercial videographer and Desire Weddings Creative Director, Rex Whiticker is the visionary behind every memento captured by the team. He’s known for his laid-back, calm style, but it’s his ability to truly connect with every couple that truly sets his work apart. When he’s not storyboarding for an upcoming wedding, you’ll find him carving up the Gold Coast waves, shredding on the slopes or scouting new shoot locations - always with a double shot latte in hand.

Yes, you can! Our deluxe custom wedding albums are designed in-house, and printed here, in Australia. Please let us know at the time of your enquiry if this is something you are interested in.
Our photographers and videographers are based all over Australia, with our head office in Burleigh on the Gold Coast. Rex and Renae will be your main point of contact Monday – Friday during work hours ready to answer any questions you might have. Other parts of our team including our editors and creatives also work from the office.
All of our photographers and videographers are professionals with years of experience. We approach every story with the same care, consideration and passion. Our goal is to capture the details, feelings and events of day as they happen and keep things as natural as possible.
We always recommend getting a second photographer if you are wanting to cover both the boys and the girls getting ready (extended distances away) and have two points of view for the ceremony. For example, one focused on guests and the groom's reaction, while the other focuses on the bride walking down the aisle.
