OVERVIEW

I am passionate about bringing a fresh approach to wedding and bridal hairstyling, keeping current in the latest techniques and trends, whilst putting my heart and soul into my work.

My hairdressing career started in a busy Sydney salon 16 years ago, where I developed my skills as a professional hairdresser progressing on to train a team of emerging hairstylists. I then moved to Newcastle 8 years ago, started a family and fell in love with being a mobile wedding hairstylist. I set up my home salon to offer brides a comfortable and relaxed place to have their hair trials, but to also offer pre-wedding services including creative colour and styling sessions.

I provide my brides with a personal, one-on-one experience, from the first email through to the wedding day and beyond. Most of my local brides will stay on to be regular salon clients, or see me for a hair colour makeover before the big day.

Michelle was amazing! We spoke about wanting to accentuate my natural blonde hilights and she did such a brilliant job. I have had my hair done professionally dozens of times before for formals, weddings etc. but I can honestly say Michelle is the best hairdresser I've ever had. She was amazing from start to finish and was so accommodating to my bridesmaids and their different hair types. Thank you Michelle!

The service Michelle provided for myself, my mother and my bridesmaids was outstanding! We all loved our hair and were ready on time with enough time spared for touch ups. With differing hair textures, colours, lengths, thicknesses, etc. the styling Michelle did remained perfect throughout the whole day and night. Michelle is professional, but also personable, which helped myself and my girls remain relaxed throughout the morning prior to the wedding. Thank you so much Michelle!

Michelle is so talented! I gave Michelle a small brief but basically let her style each bridesmaids hair how she liked and I was so hair with the results. She is also very organised and punctual which helps with stress levels on the day. I had 5 bridesmaids and we we're all ready on time. Highly recommend Louise for your wedding.
