We primarily operate in the following places in Australia:

 

·      Victoria – Melbourne (all areas), Geelong and Mornington Peninsula

·      New South Wales – Sydney (all areas) and Newcastle

·      Queensland – Brisbane and Gold Coast

·      Perth – Perth (all areas)

Once you make an online inquiry with us through our website (www.blushbeautyevents.com.au) or through our Easy Weddings page, our friendly customer service team will get in touch with you to answer your inquiry. We will work with you to make your booking process as simple as possible. We don’t require deposits, but we do ask for full payment to be made at least 7 days prior to the booking date.

 

Of course, we do understand that things can change from the time of confirming the booking to the day of the event. Whether the group size has gone up or the location has changed, just let us know and our friendly customer service team will work with you to accommodate your changes.

 

We understand that some bookings made need to be cancelled, or some guests may be unable to attend at the last minute. Any cancellations made after full payment is made (usually at least 7 days prior to the booking date) may incur a 100% loss. We are happy to work with you to change the date. If a guest does not arrive on the day, after full payment is made, there will be no refund for that individual treatment. Instead, we ask that the guests arrange for the available treatment spot to be filled on the day by one of the guests.

For massages we recommend that you set aside a quiet room (such as a bedroom) so that you can fully relax and enjoy the treatment. Manicure and Pedicure treatments can take place in the same room with the rest of your guests, so you don’t miss out on the fun. Please note we require a room for massage treatments. We prefer for the massage room to have a clear 2 x 2 m amount of floor space for therapists to setup their massage bed)

 

We advise that you wear comfortable clothing, and something that is easy to remove if massage treatments are selected. They might even like to bring their bath robes. Unfortunately, we do not provide bathrobes to guests.

Some bookings may incur a travel fee per therapist. Usually, bookings in metropolitan areas such as CBD’s, will not incur a travel fee, however those bookings taking place outside of metropolitan areas may incur a travel fee. We will confirm this to you during the inquiry process.

 

If it is necessary for us to pay any parking expenses whilst visiting your home/Hotel these expenses will be charged to you at cost (for two therapists). Please keep in mind that our therapists need to be able to park in close proximity to the party so they can easily transport their equipment.

 

Though all of our therapists are fully qualified in pregnancy massage, we do not advise that guests who are in any stages of pregnancy to receive treatments pertaining to massage, although pedicures and manicures advisable. This is due to the informal nature of our parties and the inability to apply standard workplace procedures to accommodate pregnant women with regard to massage.

Hi there It was great and the girls worked very hard to get all the guests done and us on our way on time! They should be congratulated on that as they didn't stop once!! :) The girls were very nice, professional and seemed to talk and interact with everyone! THANK YOU GIRLS. I thought it was professional but there was a relaxed atmosphere which sometimes doesn't happen so well done. We really enjoyed our night and your Pamper services had a lot to do with it! I’ve had a lot of comments from the girls that you, Danni and Jolene were really friendly and professional and did a great job. It’s such a good business idea to come and provide pampering in the comfort of our own home and it was a real treat for everyone, especially the bride and mother-of-the-bride!
