Tyson has been a Chef since he was 16 years old, working in some of Melbournes finest restaurants including the two hatted restaurant OMY that he co-founded. After one of his trips to Italy, he decided to go out on his own and follow his passions of Italian food and through unique cooking experiences where people have fun at home with his Pinot & Pasta Parties. This has since grown into Pizza Parties, Gnocchi Parties, Team Building Parties and more.
