In our agreement we offer 4 weeks. Realistically we give couples their film within 2 weeks. We want you to enjoy your film with friends and family as fast as we can get it to you. I have no idea why the industry standard is between 8-12 weeks. That is lazy.

We always tell our couples 8-10 weeks. However we usually deliver your film a few weeks before.

You can expect to receive your wedding video back within 2-4 weeks. Our team at Vortex Production works diligently to ensure timely delivery without compromising on quality and attention to detail. However, please keep in mind that in some cases, the editing process might take a bit longer, and it could take up to two months. Rest assured, we will communicate with you throughout the process and keep you updated on the progress to deliver a beautiful video that you'll treasure forever.

Although we haven't gone public with this on our website, we are currently sending previews out within two weeks. It's a really nice surprise for couples. Our editors are extremely experienced and efficient and our post-production process is a well-oiled machine.

Generally at Cre8tve Moments we say up to 12 weeks, to give ourselves time to ensure we produce a quality product for our couples. This also gives our couples a ETA to pencil in their calendar so they can count down as well. We provide our couples with 1-2 (1 minute) teasers within 1-2 weeks of their wedding to highlight how their day/evening played out. Because the day goes past so quickly usually couples forget what actually happened and our little teasers help piece that together whilst they are waiting for their final film.

Our couples are always happy with our apporach to their final film.

Each company has a different turnaround time and it's important to note those expectations and guidelines in a good written contract. However, on the average, I would say that if you haven't heard from your videographer for 12 weeks (3 months), I would touch base and ask them for the expected turn around time. When we first started, we didn't have too many bookings and our quality wasn't too great, nor was our length of films long. Now, we offer longer films, carefully choose which footage goes where, spend extra time on audio and colour grading and ensure our clients get the best effort from us. On average, we are around 3 months, however in some circumstances it can be longer depending on number of films included in package, length and also number of weddings we capture. During November to March is our busiest time here in the west, so films can take longer to deliver for weddings during those months compared to May or August.

Best to enquire with your videographer and stay in touch.

Could be up to 6 Months.

Usually you don't want to rush your videographer to do a quick job.

You want a good video for your lifetime, not a quick product.

All my packages include a 1-min teaser delivered only two weeks after your wedding (a romantic and fun sneak peek of what is coming next!). Then, your wedding film takes up to 12 weeks to be completed and sent in a private link for your approval.

Industry standard timeframe is between 6-8 weeks. But it also depends on the videographer you have booked or how busy they are at that time of the year. We know some big wedding videography companies in Sydney takes upto 12 months to finish editing the videos. Our editing team is extremely efficient and we are able to deliver videos between 4-6 weeks any time of the year.
