FAQ

Does Valley Letter Co bump in & out and set up the lights prior to our event commencing?

Yes we arrange with the reception Centre, hotel or yourselves what time we can access the room. and then install the lights in the pre arrange spot and run and test the lights in place. (This is to make sure nothing has happened in transit)

What size letters do you have?

We have a range between .9m, 1.2m and 1.5m

Do you have alphabet letters to spell our names?

We do carry the Alphabet in 1.2m letters and can spell most names.
