A lot of my friends are vegan (30% of our guests) and I don't know how to navigate the food issue as my family all eat meat and will want it.

I am in the process of trialling Gluten Free and Dairy Free canapés for a bridal party I am catering for in April. A challenge but I love a challenge. It is becoming more "the norm" and we need to be able to adapt.
Happy to help anyone.

Hi, Special dietary requests, including vegan, can be accommodated. If your selected menu does not suit that particular diet then we provide separate meals just for that person at the same price as other guest meals. That way your guests get to eat the menu with meat, whilst those who cannot, are kept happy also with their own meal. Alternatively, our Chefs design customised menus around your specific needs and everyone has that one menu ie we supply entire vegetarian, nut free, dairy free, gluten free or vegan meals etc when requested. Hope that helps.Feel free to call if you need any further information. Kind regards Shelley, Prestige Catering and Event Hire, ph 1300663 611
