We recently celebrated our wedding at the W Brisbane, and it was absolutely perfect. The standout for us was our incredible wedding planner, Emma. From day one, she made the entire planning process seamless and enjoyable. She always had an answer for everything, was so easy to communicate with, and truly went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. Nothing was ever too much trouble—Emma was a “yes” person in the best way possible. She kept us calm and reassured, especially as the day got closer, and we trusted her completely. Our guests commented on how beautiful the space was and how smoothly everything ran, and we know that was largely thanks to her. We also stayed in the Deluxe River Suite, which was absolutely stunning and such a special place to return to after the wedding. It made the experience feel even more luxurious and memorable. The food and drinks on the night were also a highlight—everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are so grateful to the team at W Brisbane for giving us the most magical wedding day. Highly recommend!

We had our wedding at the Lex Restaurant at the W Hotel Brisbane. It was an incredible venue and many of our family and friends said it was the best wedding they'd ever been to. The view is amazing, the food was super high quality and the staff were fantastic. Emma the Events Planner is wonderful to work with. We had a champagne tower, added cocktails and organised a great band and it all worked so well in the venue and looked great. We couldn't fault anything at all. Would highly recommend the W Hotel and specifically the Lex Restaurant for any wedding!

We had our wedding at W Brisbane and it was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we walked into the venue, we knew it was our place. The modern, chic vibe mixed with the beautiful river views gave our day such a glamorous yet relaxed feel. The W events team was phenomenal—super organised, attentive, and genuinely excited about making everything perfect. Emma and the W team handled all the little details so I didn’t have to stress, and they were flexible with our cultural elements too. We used The Great Room for our reception, and wow—it looked stunning with the lighting and decor. The food was delicious (we got so many compliments!), and the service was seamless throughout the night. Our guests loved staying at the hotel too, which made the whole experience feel like a proper celebration getaway. Our wedding on-site coordinator at W hotel Emma was amazing. Without her our wedding would not have gone so smoothly. Throughout the whole planning process, Emma provided us with amazing recommendations for vendors, she also coordinated all the bump in and bump out of the vendors and made sure the night of the reception ran as smoothly as possible. The W hotel wedding package also included an amazing night in one of their suites which was so magical. The team had then left us gifts and messages after our wedding night to congratulate us on the occasion. The W hotel staff was also so helpful with helping us check out all the florals and signage from our wedding to our cars and just made everything as stress free as possible for us! If you are looking for a modern venue with great customer service then I would definitely recommend the W hotel as your venue choice!
