FAQ
All our custom wedding cake quotes valid for 30 days and we require 40% deposit to secure your cake
order. The balance you can pay 2 days prior to the event
If you change your date, venue, flavours, design or any detail please advise us as soon as
possible.
If your order is cancelled two weeks prior of the agreed pick-up/delivery date, then the
full refund will be returned excluding the costs of custom toppers, stencils and other
specific things we have ordered for your cake. If you are rescheduling to an available
date, we are happy to transfer your deposit to the new order.
For cancellations 3 days prior, your deposit will be forfeited as planning, purchasing,
and some baking would have already begun.
Once you have selected cake flavour, icing and fillings you can change your mind and
swap the flavours until 14 days prior to the cake pick up or delivery date.
All our wedding cakes we recommend getting delivered by us.Please contact us with the
exact delivery address for delivery charges.
As soon as possible!! we bake all your beautiful caked with lots of care and love so we
can only accommodate limited number of orders per week. Therefore, please get in as
soon as you can.
All our cakes bases are nut free but we do use peanut butter, Nutella, macaroons and
other nuts related products in our kitchen. So, if you have any allergy, please let s know
so we can take extra precautions to avoid cross contamination.
We have a wide variety of vegan range to making sure you are not compromising the
deliciousness of cakes for being vegan. (Please refer to our flavours guide)
