Hi, Im Kristin and I am mad about cakes! I go to sleep thinking about them and I wake up thinking about them! I have been making cakes since I was a child and in grade 4 I won a school bake sale competition for my cupcakes, setting me off into a world of baking. I started out becoming a chef, but in the end it was my love of cakes that kept calling out to me so I ended up starting a business to satisfy my desire to make cakes.
