With the planning of our 250 people wedding taking just under two years, the staff at Joonalup Resort put in a lot of effort to make our complex wedding day happen, and would do their absolute best to accomodate all our requests (including two ceremonies, an indoor fire ritual and a horse!). Originally we were liaising with the Wedding Sales Executives Sarah and Lauren who helped us to plan the day at a high level and ensure all the different parts would be able to work together. As the big day approached the Wedding Operations Executive, lovely Shae took over the planning on JR's side and worked with us to go into the fine details of every single aspect of the day. Shae did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to work with through this whole process. She was efficient, responsive, very knowledgeable and thorough, which resulted in everything being executed perfectly on the day. Thank you Shae and everyone at Joondalup Resort for all your hard work, we had an absolutely amazing day and were so glad we could be married in your beautiful venues.

Tim from Timeless Wedding Entertainment was a great DJ for our wedding. He was in constant communication before the event, and worked seamlessly with our MC during the proceedings for the night. He played a good mix of the tracks we had provided for the wedding, and gave his thoughts on which ones would get people up and dancing most. He even provided some photos very quickly afterwards that he had taken himself from the wedding which was a great touch. Highly recommended!

Daizy and the wedding & events team at Lancemore Werribee were an absolute dream to work with. We were so so happy with our wedding day - from the location to the food and drinks to all of the work in the background, it was simply incredible. We had our ceremony in the gardens and reception in the Theatre for approx. 100 guests & would not hesitate to recommend the Lancemore team to anyone looking for a gorgeous wedding! Daizy, our coordinator, did a lot of the hard work for us and made it so easy to plan the big day.

The team at Fairytales really listen to what you envision and help choose items that you may not have thought of yourself. My consultant picked up on my vibe very quickly and after seeing em a bit deflated by a few dresses picked out something so stunning that checked almost every box. With the help of the amazing alterations team the final result was a dream dress that left me feeling beautiful and got so many great compliments from guests and most importantly my husband!

We just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to Suzie and the whole Farm Vigano team for making our wedding day truly magical (especially Shaun and Happy who were fantastic on the night!). Both we, our families and friends had such a lovely night and we could not have hoped for a better way to celebrate getting married. We will definitely be coming back to Farm Vigano for many years to come to hopefully celebrate many wedding anniversaries with good food and wine!

The Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley were amazing to work from the initial enquiry email sent. They were open, honest and great at communication. We were able to see the Crowne's full potential at their Wedding open day. We fell in love from there. The Crowne has beautiful grounds and modern facilities, which allowed us to have everything on site. The bridal party got ready onsite, we had our ceremony on site, photos, reception and stayed there the night of the wedding. No stress of having to move around, allowing us to spend more time with our loved ones. We had a dedicated wedding planner from the Crowne, Nicole, who did an incredible job of organising everything and communicating with us, allowing for a stress free lead up to the wedding. The food and drinks were amazing! We had so many comments from guests raving about the food and the attentive service of providing beverages. Mary-Rose did an incredible job of coordinating the night festivities and ensuring everything ran smoothly. We chose to use 'preferred suppliers' from the Crowne that we were able to meet at The Crowne's Wedding open day. We found this to be very helpful as the suppliers were in continual communication and were familiar with the staff and the areas of The Crowne.

Enrik Limousines were wonderful! They called us when they arrived and were so helpful when they were driving us to the photo location and venue. I had quite a big dress and they were very helpful with me to get in and out of the car. They also had drinks in the car and gave everyone including the photographer water too.

We booked our wedding at Tatra and we were absolutely delighted to experience such a perfect and flawless day. The entire team particularly Dearna helped us so much to make it perfect. We are so appreciative and glad we stopped looking after our consultation appointment. The food was a hit, all of our guests raved on about how much they enjoyed the 3 course meal. Our ceremony was also at Tatra and OMG it was absolutely magical. We couldn't be happier. They set everything up exactly how I wanted it. We were able to use the bridal room from8am onwards. To be able to chill and get ready there was wonderful. Our guests were able to stay the night which was a huge relief as we had a lot of interstate guests. I couldn't recommend this venue more. Everything we needed in the one place.
