party.<\/p>\n<p>Not even the bright patterned dress her future husband was wearing on the night could put Laura, 32, off!<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We just clicked,&#8221; she explains.<\/p>\n<p>After almost seven years of dating, Simon, 31, popped the question at the couple&#8217;s Perth home.<\/p>\n<p>They then began planning a classic black and white wedding.<\/p>\n<p>Laura and Simon wed on April 12, 2014 at Perth&#8217;s Council House Gardens, which provided a gorgeous outdoor location in the heart of the city.<\/p>\n<p>The intimate gathering of 70 guests then went on to celebrate at Lamont&#8217;s Bishop House.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It was the perfect blend of a garden wedding within a city setting,&#8221; Laura says.<\/p>\n<p>The bride says one of their best decisions was opting for &#8220;first look&#8221; photographs before the ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We got to spend time together, cool our nerves, pass on gifts and talk to each other about each other&#8217;s morning,&#8221;
