Caroline, 29, and George, 27.<\/p>\n<p>A first date doing the 1,000 steps in Ferntree Gully, Victoria, was a a bit of a test from Caroline to see if George was the one. \u201cI figured if he was still interested after seeing me with no makeup and sweaty in a tracksuit, he would be a keeper,\u201d she smiles. \u201cOnce we climbed the stairs, we sat up the top and spent hours talking.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Their rustic vineyard\u00a0wedding on <a title=\"The 10 most popular wedding dates of 2018\" href=\"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.com.au\/articles\/popular-wedding-dates-2018\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">November 10, 2017<\/a> with 115 guests was made extra special by a gesture from Caroline\u2019s son, aged nine. \u201cMy older son Ryan walked me down the aisle because, for many years, it was just us against the world,\u201d explains the bride. \u201cThis was a very important and significant moment for us because he handed me over to George as a way of saying he would be looking after me now.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The pair married at <a title=\" Lindenderry at Red Hill\" href=\"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.com.au\/WeddingVenues\/Mornington\/LindenderryatRedHill\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lindernderry at Red Hill<\/a> in the vineyard. \u201cThis was a nod to
