I\u2019ve had a few friends ask for help planning their weddings!\u201d Melbourne bride Kate says.<\/p>\n<p>The pair opted for a Beauty and the Beast theme \u2013 with a modern twist \u2013 at dream venue <a href=\"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.com.au\/WeddingVenues\/Melbourne\/PoetsLane\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Poet\u2019s Lane<\/a> in Sherbrooke.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll the planning was DIY with little tips and tricks from our respective vendors,\u201d the bride says of her February 16, 2019 wedding.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur style for the ceremony was incorporating the beautiful gardens of the gazebo. Filled with live acoustic music, a piano piece from our son, male bridesmaids, a whiskey box ceremony, a bull mastiff page boy, lawn games, cocktails and a vow from the guests to have the best time ever. We kept it personal, light-hearted and completely honest.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.com.au\/WeddingFlowers\/Mornington\/RosalineFlowers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rosaline Flowers<\/a> brought the outside in with an enchanted forest theme at the reception.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe night was truly the best day of our lives,\u201d Kate
