It\u2019ll only take five minutes.<\/p>\n<p><b>Visit <a title=\"Client Admin\" href=\"http:\/\/advertisers.easyweddings.com.au\">Client Admin<\/a>:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Upload 1 &#8211; 4 hero images (1600 pixels wide x 500 pixels high).<\/li>\n<li>Add a Special Offer (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/advertisers.easyweddings.com.au\">Login to Client Admin<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<hr \/>\n<h2>1. New focus on bride enquiries<\/h2>\n<p>With our 15 years experience in the wedding industry, we\u2019ve learned the best ways to turn a visit from a bride into an enquiry, across all categories. We also found, without the relevant technology, marketing expertise and internal resources required to maintain a high-converting website, many wedding suppliers simply miss out on bride enquiries. Therefore, the new Directory is designed to generate more enquiries right on your new Storefront rather than deliver website hits your way. By switching our focus from website hits to bride enquiries, we hope the value we offer is transparent and help us achieve achieve our biggest mission &#8211; to grow your wedding business.<\/p>\n<h3>How will you do this?<\/h3>\n<p>We believe by improving the way brides use and interact with the Directory, we also improve results for your business. We\u2019ve redesigned the entire experience so that brides are inspired to take action and enquire right on your Storefront,\u00a0just as we\u2019ve seen on our mobile apps.<\/p>\n<p>New features include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>New listing page with carousel images on Premium Listings and larger listings for each level of advertising<\/li>\n<li>Beautiful Storefront which looks like a mini-website<\/li>\n<li>Your Real Weddings displayed in your\u00a0Storefront<\/li>\n<li>Ability to offer expert advice related to your category<\/li>\n<li>Participate in a Q&amp;A with brides-to-be<\/li>\n<li>More search filters to help brides find the right supplier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What results can I expect?<\/h3>\n<p>The changes mean you may see a drop in referral traffic from Easy Weddings. However, this is likely to be offset by an increase in highly-qualified bride enquiries coming from your new Storefront.<\/p>\n<h3>I\u2019m not sure about this change, my website performs well in generating bride enquiries.<\/h3>\n<p>That\u2019s great, and we will continue to send traffic to your site. Every business should maintain a high-performing website. It\u2019s important that you do because brides may also find you on\u00a0Google, social media and other marketing channels. Your website must perform at its best to convert website traffic into bride enquiries from these sources.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Your new Storefront<\/h2>\n<p>We now refer to your business profile as your Storefront. It looks amazing, is mobile-friendly and is designed to generate additional enquiries for your business.<\/p>\n<p>Your new Storefront will include these pages:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>About Us &#8211;\u00a0Your new home page features\u00a0a selection of important information about your business and shows off \u00a0your best hero images.<\/li>\n<li>Photo Gallery &#8211;\u00a0Display up to 100 of your favourite images.<\/li>\n<li>Videos &#8211;\u00a0Upload up to 10 of your videos from Vimeo or YouTube.<\/li>\n<li>Reviews &#8211;\u00a0Display all your reviews and responses (Hint: aim for 10+ reviews)<\/li>\n<li>Real Weddings &#8211;\u00a0If you&#8217;re featured in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.easyweddings.com.au\/real-weddings\/\">Real Weddings<\/a>, the story will be shown on this page.<\/li>\n<li>Pro Network &#8211;\u00a0Connecting with suppliers is a great way to promote your business\u00a0and we\u2019ll continue to support this feature.<\/li>\n<li>Question &amp; Answer &#8211;\u00a0A new section where brides can ask\u00a0questions\u00a0about\u00a0your product or service without committing to a booking or consultation. This page will also display a history of all your Q&amp;As. You can make some questions private, if need be.<\/li>\n<li>Expert Advice &#8211;\u00a0Brides can\u00a0post category-specific questions and, suppliers that respond and offer\u00a0expert advice will have their\u00a0responses\u00a0displayed on\u00a0this page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Add a Special Offer &#8211; it&#8217;s\u00a0free<\/h2>\n<p>With our focus on generating more bride enquiries, the new Directory will have a set of predefined percentage discounts available to all suppliers at no additional cost. You have the choice to offer Easy Weddings&#8217; brides the following:\u00a0No Offer, 2%, 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%.<\/p>\n<h3>How to select a Special Offer<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Login to <a title=\"Client Admin\" href=\"http:\/\/advertisers.easyweddings.com.au\">Client Admin<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Under \u201cAdvertisement\u201d, click \u201cEdit Advertisement\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Located at the bottom of the page, select your Special Offer and click \u201cupdate.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>You may change your settings at any time. If you don&#8217;t choose a Special Offer, your Storefront will not display any offer by default.<\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please note: while you can pre-select your Special Offer now, brides won\u2019t be able to see it on your current business profile until the new Directory launches in August.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<h3>I\u2019m already running a Special Offer, what happens to that?<\/h3>\n<p>It will switch over to the new Special Offer. Make sure to pre-select a Special Offer now so that your Storefront\u00a0is set-up in time for the August launch. We will stop charging any fees that you may be paying currently for your Special Offer as soon as the new Directory launches.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions, please email service@easyweddings.com.au.<\/p>\n<h3>What happens at the August launch if I don\u2019t do anything?<\/h3>\n<p>Your new Storefront\u00a0will not display a Special Offer until you choose from our set of predefined options. If you had a Special Offer running prior to our August launch, it will no longer be active.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Look awesome with hero images<\/h2>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5356\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5356\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5356 size-Original_1200\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.easyweddings.com\/files\/2022\/02\/23162938\/new-directory-v2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"550\" height=\"455\" title=\"\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5356\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Here&#8217;s an example of what your profile could look like with a beautiful hero image.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<h3>What is it?<\/h3>\n<p>Similar to a Facebook timeline cover, your hero images will appear prominently on your Storefront\u00a0and is the perfect place to show off your work.<\/p>\n<h3>Hero image guidelines<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Choose up to four high quality images that show your product or service in action.<\/li>\n<li>For best results, images should be\u00a01600 pixels wide x 500 pixels high.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How to upload<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to <a title=\"Client Admin\" href=\"http:\/\/advertisers.easyweddings.com.au\">Client Admin<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Under \u201cAdvertisement\u201d, click \u201cEdit images\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Upload up to four\u00a0hero images under \u201cHero\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>I don\u2019t have suitable photos&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No problem. <\/span><\/strong>\u00a0From August, \u00a0your Storefront\u00a0will display a selection of beautiful Easy Weddings&#8217; default hero images, if you don\u2019t have your own.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Changes to Spotlight Feature<\/h2>\n<p>The three Spotlight ads will now display vertically, in chronological order, with Position 1 appearing first, Position 2 appearing second, and Position 3 appearing third.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Website visitor notification emails have been removed<\/h2>\n<p>After listening to your feedback, we recently stopped sending \u201cWebsite visitor notification\u201d emails to minimise the amount of emails you receive in your inbox. However, you can still access this information when you log into Client Admin.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Monthly website traffic report\u00a0emails have been removed<\/h2>\n<p>With the move towards more enquiries on your Storefront rather than website hits, the\u00a0monthly stats report will no longer be sent via email.
